Nothing. Location, room, staff. Not a 4 star by any stretch of the imagination.

Stayed in villas, nice and roomy, two separate sink areas, nice SW decor. Air in bedroom was not working, broken/ blinds. No ice machines near villas. Villa pool is exceptionally beautiful, unfortunately, not kept clean. Food was good, but limited menu, especially lunchtime. Staff fantastic. The Spa was charming and relaxing. Saloon had great drink specials. Was double charged hotel fees and taxes.

Friendly. Parking too far away no fridge old TV, hit me with a $12. Very nice made my wife really enjoy her mothers day, I didn't really like being hit with a fee for tips and phone fees and other costs that I didn't incur. Kids loved the pool, I'm disabled and had to walk too far and was told to use a cart I had to be accompanied by an employee. But I would come back

The staff of this hotel was great. The extra effort they made to welcome you was impresisive. Very reasonablly priced. But if you are there for business reasons, you would want to stay in the main hotel close to the meeting rooms, as the villas are quite removed from there. (check the "geography" of the place out on mapquest or some other site that gives youan aerial view of the place Overall,,we had a very nice four day stay.

This was a great resort very clean and quiet. The views ofthe foothils were great, just make sure you ask what view you have. Our balcony we were planning on having brakfast on was facing the airport. Grant it there were no plane that flew in, but not a great view. We ordered room service that night and a large breakfast in the am. The evening snack was blueberry cobler with ice cream. It looked like someone dumped bluberries right from the can onto a flour tortilla, not goo at all. The breakfast we ordered was 80 for the both of us we ordered french toast, bacon, tea, 2-granola fruit an yogurt, frsh fruit and some pastries. The only thing that was decent was the fruit and yogurt and fresh fruit. I could have gotten a better tasting breakfast at Denny's.

We went to this resort for my nephew's graduation, we had reserved 6 rooms and we were all upgraded to the villa's and were all kept close to one another. The villa's were beautiful and great to have with young children. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable, our AC wasn't working that great and we had it serviced twice but still not as comfortable as I would have liked. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The Sunday brunch was fantastic with a great variety of food and plenty of it! They had campfires at night with sing-a-longs and great smores were made around the campfire. They also had movies by the pool, and a dinner show that we were unable to attend but it look fantastic. The pools were great, the main pool had gazebo's which are free and the pool by the villa's were nice and quiet. This resort was a great find, the value was unbelievable!

Great staff and location. Parking distance from room was a bit far. Great location. 24 hr pool and hot tub were nice. The campfire smores and stories were priceless.

This resort has superior rooms and cleanliness is obviously their goal. The locaton is a little far from the airport but if you want to be out in the desert the location is superb. We would definitely stay here again. Far superior to The Boulders.

Outdoor setting was beautiful! Only valet parking, had to carry shopping packages long was. Thought that it would be nicer inside. Cleaning people were of no assistance, could not speak English.

It’s in a peaceful area but has snakes that come on property. Food was too expensive. Free internet access is very good!

Everything was great until check out. NA. If you stay here, it is a great place. Great people who will bend over backward for you.

Hotel had a hidden $20 a day "resort fee" Hotel was nice. Older but kept up well. I would never stay there again because they had a hidden $20 a day "resort fee" that we didn't know about. That adds up and we would have been better off somewhere else. They were unapolagetic and unwilling to wave the fee.

Very pleasant setting. Would have enjoyed better food on property. Very pleasant setting located in the high desert. Beautiful landscape and hotel design built in the early 1960's. Very well maintained property with clean upgraded rooms. I would stay here again. A great place, very enjoyable stay.

The campfire s'mores every evening - family friendly and original. Rooms are older and not quite up to 4 star quality. Beautiful resort and area. The room was oddly appointed and dated. You can tell they have tried to update it, but missed the mark. The resort is 4 star, the rooms are not.

Big rooms. They charged an additional surcharge I wasn't expecting to pay. It wasnice hotel, the pool was dirty, they didn't meet my standards when they charged me extra to stay there.
Date of Stay:

Privacy, not too many people were staying there at the time, good fitness room. Not enough lighting in bathroom, lousy shower head, expensive restuarant menu Really far away from metro, good to get away from crowds, pool, spa and exercise facility good. Older facility not new has been there since 1960.
