The Cardrona Hotel is easily accessible by car. It is about twenty minutes away from downtown Wanaka.
The rooms of the Cardrona Hotel include en suite bathrooms with showers; one of the larger rooms also has a bathtub. The bedrooms are decorated in warm colors with high-quality bedding, and all the rooms have heating, Sky TV, telephones, and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel includes nine queen bedrooms, three rooms with one queen and two twin beds, and two rooms with two single beds.
