The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. The Continential Breakfast was nice and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is next to the Interstate, which is good and bad. The good was easy access to the attractions at Hershey and the Civil War Museum. The bad was the noise from the interstate, especially in the early morning (after 6am).

Great staff. Staff was very friendly, however, I was disappointed to find that my room didn't have a table to do some work on. Also, TV reception had quite a bit to be desired. Internet worked great though, so I was able to work from the room, just had to sit on the floor next to the coffee table.

Price, location and took pets. Staff was not very friendly. The housekeepers were polite and friendly, but they did not leave fresh towels on the first day of cleaning. Front desk did not ask if we enjoyed our stay. Ice machine was out on the floor of my room - no out of order sign on it. I am pretty fussy about service, and I was not too pleased with the service here.

We stayed overnight at this hotel with our two grandchildren. It was clean, comfortable and easily accessible. The staff was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. They offered directions to local attractions as well as restaurants and information regarding the area. They made our stay very pleasurable. The room was beautiful. We had a jacuzzi sweet with private sleeping area for us with our own TV. The room was complete with a microwave and refrigerator. The big screen TV in the sitting area was great and provided our grandchildren with their own choice of viewing. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family on vacation, business person or to anyone just looking to get off of a busy interstate for the night. It was one of the most pleasurable stays I have had in a while.

Overall, this hotel was a good value. This hotel was close to main roads, good shopping & restaurants across the street. Only about 25 minutes from Hershey, but much cheaper.

The staff was friendly, the hotel did have a funky smell though. The rooms themselves didn't smell too bad. It seems like an old hotel that had a low budget makeover. But it was just fine for our Hershey park trip, one overnight of sleeping made it a fair place to stay. And it was only a 20 min max trip to Hershey. It's right off the highway so there is a little traffics noise but I brought my sound maker and I slept fine. We ate breakfast at Cracker Barrel down the street.

The location was convenient to where I was going. Cleanliness. Our first day at the hotel was horrible. When we checked in at 430 pm our room was not cleaned. I informed the front desk and they told me that all the rooms had not been cleaned yet and it would be. We attended a concert that evening when we arrived back at our room at 100 am, the room hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk, the woman there was the only staff person working night shift. She was able to give us another room, but it was a smaller room with a smaller bed and no window. At this point it was 130 am. We went into the room and it was disgusting. There was only 1 lamp and there was no shade on it. It was dirty, the bed (which were told would be a queen) was only a double. Obviously not big enough for myself, my boyfriend and my 2 year old. My boyfriend decided he would sleep on the pull out couch. When we pulled the mattress out, the sheets had stains on it, and there were mouse turds and leaves in the creases. We again went to the front desk and were moved to a room with two double beds in it and it was a smoking room. So finally at 2 am we were in a room. When we complained to the manager in the morning, she told us that our night would be free. When I checked out, I made sure to ask if that room had been taken off, and the clerk assured me that it had. It wasn't until I returned home late that evening that I realized that it hadn't!

Overall the hotel was about average. We can't really complain for the price we paid. The location was the most important aspect for us. We wanted to stay near Harrisburg & Hershey Park. Both were accomplished! There were plenty of shopping centers & restaurants around to entertain us. The hotel was kind of old and really needed to be updated. The pool area was really small and in the shade, so it was kind of hard to get any sun. I'm sure this would be great for parent's w/children. The breakfast was wonderful, they provided bagels/toast, coffee/juice, waffles, fruit & cereal. The staff was always kind and courteous. The only negative thing I can say about the hotel is that it needs a good cleaning. The rooms looked clean on the surface, but the carpet was in a desperate need of cleaning & the couch had many stains on it. Other than that, everything was decent for the price!

The rooms were clean the staff was friendly the location & price were all great, my only disappoitment was the pool---very dirty & traveling with kids a pool is a must...I really didn't want them in it that's how bad it was

Needed to call 4 times to get someone up to program the tv. Still no channels for the kids were available. Had to go get linen and towels as none were in the room. Rooms appeared clean except for dirty foot prints in the tub. Staff was very friendly and did try. They were however, understaffed. The door keys deactivated if put in wallet. Room really should have a fridge and perhaps a microwave. The staff did correct the loose toilet seat and burned out bulbs.
