Stay over night before heading to Montreal. Arrive at the mid night and difficult to get the parking space. Baht room very small and no place to put amenities.

When my girlfriend’s parents visit from Japan they always stay here. It's a very good hotel with easy access to public transit.

hotel staff not efficient or helpful (for example, could not make a recommendation where to eat, or give directions how to get to a convenience store); the promised muffins/bagel breakfast did not exist; restaurant had limited hours and there were no close convenience stores--so it wasn't overly family friendly. close to the canal, but we appeared to be more in the business district so very closed up at night. It seemed like it would be better suited to business travelers.

Had allot of space in room. Old, hard beds, awful pillows, smelled stale. This hotel really needs a renovation. I was disappointed with the comfort of the beds and pillows. The rooms smelled (asked to be changed at one point because bed was droopy) of stale smoke, old carpet. I will never stay at this hotel again, nor recommend it to anyone else.
