The hotelis good value for money , I stayed in one of the suites , I was very impressed with the views of the room , my only gripe was that the shower in the room was very difficult to operate and I could not have a shower but had to use the bath . The breakfast was standard not excellent , I expected much more from a 4 star hotel , fresh fruit was limited to orange and melon ,yet the season provides much more ,the food was average . The overall appearance of the hotel needs attention and I would agree with previous comments that the hotel is not 4 star quality . I did however enjoy my stay at the hotel and I think it is great value for money ,it was neat and clean , the staff was friendly , I will definately stay at the hotel in the future .

Lovely hotel. Outside facade slightly off-putting but lovely inside. fabulous breakfast and staff very helpful. only issue was it was a shame that there was no pool.. especially in such lovely hot weather. but didn't cloud judgement of the lovely hotel

In comparison wih other 4 star hotels this hotel is not up to the standars of the rest in South Africa. It is also difficult to locate the hotel from the surrounding streets and rather a few guests has been seen asking arround for the hotel.Otherwise it is a neat and clean hotel.

Service at beakfast very bad. Staff rude and unprofessional. Business centre computers had virus on and could not connect to internet. Tried thrice and staff could not assist.

Good value for money. Will stay there again.

The bar is not really a bar, more of a lounge which also doubles as second restaurant. The staff although mostly friendly appear unable to complete a request. Twice was aked for transfers to and from the airport and neither was done so we had to catch a cab which in fact is cheaper than the hotels own transport and more reliable. The shuttle to and from the waterfront did work well but a cab from the same pick up point is 40 Rand. The cabs are safe. We were not given teh option of a non smoking room and so room had a nasty whiff. The room size was good. Breakfast was pretty bad in my opinion. I agree with other comments elsewhere, this is not a 4 star hotel by a long shot

I have stayed at this hotel previously over the last few years. This time I felt a gradual decrease in the attention to service. Basic crockery and cutlery were always short at our table at breakfast. I had to ask a few times for them I had to repeat my requests before they were attended to (served a cup tea at breakfast, twin beds to be separated, get a spoon, clear my used plate). I do not think that the hotel deserves its 4 star rating. It is an average three star hotel with a good price and good location. If attention to service was sorted out, I would consider staying here again.

Everything was great. Not too far for taxi from airport, good location, good food, great service, excellent price. Only critism was the shower which was difficult to control! Would stay again.

Rooms should have better facilities and more attention to detail needs to be given for House Keeping! Towels, soap, shampoo, tea and coffee etcshould be changed / replenished several times a day. Bathrobe and shaving kits etc. should be provided as a standard in every room. Market rate compatible prices would benefit the hotel and save customers the hassle of sourcing transport etc. The hotel would also benefit from having a kiosk / shop.

A basic well priced hotel which has a free shuttle bus to the V and A Waterfront hourly. Breakfast generous and varied. Would not recommend the laundry service as it is highly priced. The equivalent in guest houses is at least 100-150% less!! More than adequate for exploring Capteown.
