Good hotel, very friendly staff. Slight issue with booking at check-out which was quickly and efficiently resolved. Would reccomend this hotel to anyone who needs a good value accomodation in Cape Town.

We stayed at the hotel twice during our trip. Staff very helpful and the buffet breakfast had exclent selection. Location is easy to find and close to most tourist locations.

Excellent,inn mid-town Cape Town, 20 min. from airport. Nice room, bar, restaraunt, business center, Continental breakfast (), secure parking (), in-room safe. Short walk to excellent shops, eateries, & clubs. 5 min. drive to Table Mountain & yhe wharf area (lots of shopping & eateries). About a 20 min. drive to the wine country. Would stay again.

Staff were very unfriendly, uncooperative and rude. Duty Manager would not address or talk to females only males!Hotel charged an absolute fortune for any extras - internet, washing, shuttle service.Shuttle service was double the price of a taxi and yet the hotel staff would not book a taxi so we had to stand on the street to flag them down.Internet was very expensive and every time we finished we logged out using the correct method (hotel staff even watched) but then when logging back on the following day all internet minutes had been lost due to 'incorrect logout'. Hotel staff denied any responsibility and said they were unable to help.We stayed in 3 other hotels in Cape Town and this was the worst - I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

Best price for value and vice versa. Close to major tourist spots so you don't end up having to spend so much money on transport.

The location was spot on. The restaurant attached to the hotel was great, it is called Butchers, a well know and recommended restaurant in SA. The staff at the bar and restaurant were extremely friendly and causal to be with. The whole place was decorated tasteful and they had live music on in both the restaurant and breakfast area, which was nice.

The hotel is situated some 5 minutes walk from the famous Long Street and is therefore very close to Cape Town's main drag. I walked to the tourist-centre of the Waterfront in 25 minutes but taxis are cheap and readily available (under 3 pounds sterling one-way). I would certainly stay there again. Special mention is due to the reception staff who made my stay a pleasure. Highly recommended.
