Numerous restaurants and sit down fast foods are located within walking distance. Paradise TiKi Hut has live entertainment thursday thru Saturday 8:00 until 12:00 and Sunday 4:00 until 8:00. The entertainment is around the upgraded pool side rooms. In addition, it states 21 years to register, if there is a person younger than 21 years (20 years old) they can call the hotel and get management approval.

Not the greatest looking hotel. Prime location but just not what I was expecting.

The room was clean, but the bedside lamp did not work. WiFi is available in the lobby, but not the rooms. What I did not realize, was that it was spring break, and this hotel housed a baseball team. The restaurant/bar on the other side of the pool was great when I was there, not so great many hours later when I was trying to sleep. I did feel sorry for the staff here, they were not treated well by guests who assume spring break gives them the right to destroy property.

the cape paradise resort was in a good area,close to where i needed to go. went down for spring training and the beach. the bar was right next to our room,which was nice,when we were awake. the lights from the bar and the street shone right through the blinds,lots of noise when bar shutdown,girls yelling,people peeling out in their cars. This bothered me. the beds were not very comfortable,the shower had no pressure,the air conditioner was ancient and the one time we opened a window a lizard was in it. Also,don't leave your bathroom items lying around,they may not be there when you come back

The Cape Coral Paradise Resort was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was similar to what one would see in a poorly maintained and unclean travel trailer. The shower had a used wash cloth hanging inside and there was food on the floor. The carpet had numerous stain spots and the room overall had an unpleasant odor. The room magnetic keys did not work in the door and the plastic on them was fraying to the point it was difficult to even get them in the slot. The cheap blinds on the windows provided little privacy and persons walking by the room could peer in.

The Cape Paradise Resort is a very old motel. There is a Tiki Bar right next door that plays loud music till 1:00 AM and the sound carries right into the rooms. The motel provides shampoo for purchase at the front desk only. The TV in our room did not work, the toilet would not shut off for an hour or two after flushing, and one morning the shower could not be turned off. This place was the worst hotel that my wife and I have ever stayed at!!
