The homey feel and artwork. Not very many items on menu for kids. Beautiful scenery and facility. Wonderful, friendly waiters and cooks in the restaurant.

Magnificent fir timbers and the simple ivory color was very classy and restful. Enjoyed the native displays as well. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel tram provided direct access to tourist sites below and was a welcome route to take uphill at the end of the day! Thoroughly enjoyed the view from our room of the Harbour and browsing the native displays throughout the halls. Terrific place to stay.

Great view, wonderful setting, great staff. Hotel's conference room did not meet expectations. I had a great time at this hotel. Great location with the tram to downtown, nice rooms and a fantastic view. The restaurant was great, except there was a lot of smoke from the bar, thus the whole restaurant was smoky; when I asked to turn on the fans it was quickly done. The staff was very friendly. When we asked to have rooms switched due to too many stairs it was immediately done. I would recommend this hotel highly having stayed in Ketchikan many times.

Location-private and secure. Bed was poor quality-needed more comfort. Great experience. Arrived at hotel and was greeted and served well. Room was nice and clean. Would stay there again.

The lobby is attractive, nice artwork. Our first room reeked badly of smoke & had to request another room. The second room had exceptionally noisy neighborhood.
