It is a good hotel, friendly staff, good location, if i return to the same city it is for sure i stay in the some Hotel.

When we first arrived we had to wait forever to get anyone to pay attention we were there to check in. Our first room smelled horribly of Cat urine. We complained and were grudgingly given another room that smelled musty, but that was quite an improvement to the cat pee. The place was old and run down, the comforters are warn and the place just feels used. The pool was not in use.

The location was perfect and within walking distance of the JFK Museum, good restaurants and a plethora of stores. The sidewalk was flat/even and easy walking. I felt entirely comfortable being alone.

We had trouble with the management. Our room wasn't ready on time, the continental breakfast wasn't available half the days, the pool wasn't available, cleaning service was unreliable.

The room smelled moldy, and windows would not lock. Seeing we were on the first floor, we didnt feel very safe. The room itself was DIRTY! Bugs on the bed sheets (little red ones). This is a scary place, the rifraf of guests coming in was frightening! Not to mention the shady owners/managers (of chinese origin) who seem to be waiting for guests to leave for the day so they could enter the rooms! The were constantly lurking in the parking lot. The restaurant onsite (Duck Inn) had the most disgusting food ever! The only good thing is the location. This scum motel is located within yards of ferries, waterfront, restaurants, shops, atm's and entertainment. Other than that- nothing good about it. STAY AWAY! Other hotels/motels in the close vicinity with much better accomodations. Wish I would of listened to the reviews. I'm sorry I didnt.

The location is absolutely super in the middle of town and may be okay for a family with children. The quality of the room was poor. The bathrooms were terribly outdated. Even the TV was a very inexpensive smaller one. Additionally during our stay we had a fire at the motel in the laundry room. There was no attempt to notify any of the patrons, particularly since this is a rather small motel. there were no apologizes for the inconvenience, etc. There should have been some compensation for the smoke and such. We would not stay at this particular motel again, we were very diappointed in its appearance and outdated furnishings.

We picked this place due to location and price. It was old looking, pool door was locked even though they said it was open, pool was tiny and room was dirty looking, people were screaming and laughing outside all night long, wifi only works outside, heater old and does not work at all. Overall a bad stay. Only positive is nice lady at the desk, I think she is an owner.I wish we had stayed at the All Seasons again.

this motel is more old school motel. it's not the ritz but, it was clean and had everything you needed. management was right there to make sure that you had everything you needed. did have a slight musty smell, but, all it all worth the money and really no complents at all.

The Cape Cod Inn is a great location. It is in the heart of Hyannis. It is a great place to stay for central activities. The Duckmobile of Hyannis is right at the end of the driveway and can sometimes block your view leaving the parking lot, however, the Duckmobile employees watch and help navigate the traffic so visitors can leave the parking lot. The facility is clean, and the beds were comfortable.

I just got back from the Cape with my husband and two sons who are 9 and 12 years old. I really enjoyed staying at the inn because it is located right on Main Street and it was easy to walk to all the activities in the area. Also, there is a bowling alley and arcade that both my sons could not get enough of. It is always easy for a mother on vacation to have her sons find something they love because you always know where they are. And the restaurant that is connected to the inn also gives you a discount on your bill when you are a guest. A major plus!

I highly recommend the Cape Cod Inn to travelers who don't spend too much time at the hotel. Although dated the rooms were clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and quiet. It is conveniently located within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and ferries. Overall a great value.

The most impressive feature of this hotel was by the far the bar that it was connected to. There is a pub/restaurant within the facility which is located right on the main street that plays live music right at the inn. it made my stay worthwhile and made the deal that i got that much better.

The Cape Cod Inn is your typical motel. Not the best amenities and the motel does not look very welcoming from the outside. Definitely worth it for being able to park your car in the parking lot and walk to the beach or to the tons of restaurants in the area. The rooms are reasonably sized and we got a clean room and bathroom. Couldn't really ask for more for that price.

"Main Street of town, waklking distance to the beach. Good service, razonable price"

It was a good place to stay on the cheap and be close to everything. hotel staff was fine and helpful and though not incredible, the amenities were just fine for little money. We in fact returned one week later for a continued vacation and enjoyed it immensely.

The cape cod inn is a good value for your money. We liked it so much the first time, especially the location that we went back the very next week. The room was clean enough and fine for a couple of nights and the staff was friendly enough. No problems to report.

We only needed a place to put our heads for a night or two and this fit the bill just fine. Typical concrete parking lot and 2 story motel opening into the parking lot, but it is RIGHT in the center of Main Street so super easy access to all the businesses/action downtown. For a weekend getaway where you are primarily doing things in town, it's fine. If you are doing a weeklong beach vacation, especially with kids, then likely not as good of a choice. But we were happy with it fitting our needs -- being downtown, inexpensive and reasonably clean although no frills.

The location of Cape Cod Inn was phenominal. Located right in the heart of Main Street, there are many great restaurants and entertainent closeby. Parking is also provided, which is important in that area. Rooms are average, and a little outdated. The staff does do a good job cleaning, but the hotel is due for a remodel. Internet is provided, which was a surprise. Overall, a decent value for what they are charging.
