It was good for our stay...Would've liked the option of maid service tho...Could never find the restaurant but they had a room service menu that we couldn't figure out where the food would come from...Confused!! Nice, private facility...

Far from public transportation and hotel shuttle was never available. No where to eat or shop within walking distance. Always had to take a cab to get anywhere. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was adequate for our stay. room included fridge micrwave and stove top. had a very well equipped snack shop of microwavable food and snacks. I would not call it a suite, there isn seperation of kitchen or tv area. but, the room was clean and quite.

We had a small suite (queen bed, lazy chair, desk, and kitchen) with ample room for two people. Nice room, great staff. Would definately come back.

Had a full kitchen, free movies, free laundry. This hotel was great! It had a kitchen that you could eat there instead of out to eat. They had free movies to check out and free laundry (washer and dryer) with a fitness room. They were friendly. It was a great place to stay!

Comfortable, quiet. ESPN didn't work. Nice place. ESPN wasn't coming in because of a satellite problem. That shouldn't happen.

Nicely equipped room, priced right, clean. It was very difficult to get to this hotel. Nice hotel, nice rooms, intended for business travelers on their own. Very difficult to find.

Full fridge & freezer. Room did not have couch. Nice kitchenette, mattress was warped and uncomfortable. No internet access in the hotel.

The fact it had a kitchenette, with no restaurant around it helped. No restaurants or stores. For a business person or long term this would be ideal. As a parent with a teen food was not easy to access.

Always clean, friendly workers, has a small kitchen. Last min. expectation of room was not done. Lamp shade on bed (need light), cable was out. Excellent place to stay, small kitchen for those who are on a budget, cable, rooms are clean and stocked with towels & etc. Staff always willing to help with stay. Hotel looks good inside and out.

Hotel was clean, friendly personal, close to where we wanted to be. Had problems with equipment in room. Example TV was disconnected. The times we have stayed at Candlewood we have gone away pleased with our stay. The employees are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

It was clean and very quiet. The hotel was in an industrial type park, hard to find and access. No stores, restaurants or activities close by. The hotel was very hard to access; you could not find the entrance because there were no small signs showing you what streets to come in on. Once you saw the big candlewood suites sign, it was too late because you had already past the street to turn on to get into their parking lot, could not turn around because it was off of a one way street. We asked for 2 beds and were only given 1 queen for me and my friend, which was very inconvenient! The front desk girl did not seem to care to upgrade us into what we had asked for, except to offer us an upgrade for an extra $20! She seemed like she would not of cared if we left to go to another hotel. She did not try and make our stay more comfortable without getting more money out of us.

The full kitchen was great. No free breakfast. The hotel was great for a family. It had a full kitchen which was wonderful with the family. It even had an outside patio & grill for the guests.

We really like the kitchen and the location for our purpose. Nothing. This hotel is perfect for the traveler on a budget. The kitchenette makes it possible to eat-in. The room has plenty of space. There is only 1 bed in a room, so be aware if you are traveling with children. It is very clean and pleasant.

This is my second stay at this hotel and I would stay there any time, great staff, great rooms! I liked everything. The hotel staff is above and beyond friendly and helpful! The rooms are very clean and meet the needs of anyone looking for a room for an extended stay.
