I was thoroughly pleased with Candelwood Suites. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet and the kitchen was great! It had all the things we needed and more. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. The Candlewood Cupboard (run on the honor system, and wonderful) was so convenient and kept us supplied with snacks, food and drinks. We were very, very, pleased with our stay.

Location. Dirty, moist carpets & Odor. Room had no AC, moved to another room. Room2 door, would not close without slamming, Door lock misaligned-would not lock, no maid service in 4 days, Carpet felt nasty, wore socks on carpet.

I expected to have a nice relaxing few days with the convenience of a fridge in the room. Instead, there were biting bugs in the room/furniture. It was awful. I suspect they were bed bugs. Also there was no maid service-despite being told on the phone when I made my reservation that they would change the bedding daily. They also promised to change out the towels daily if I were to put in a request. When I go there, I was told, oh no, you have to change the sheets/towels yourself...bring us the dirty ones and we'll give you some clean ones to put on the bed/in your bathroom.

Brook at the front desk. Helpful and courteous. Room smelled damp and musty.

Everything I want, nothing I don't. Especially good hotel for longer stays because of the many amenities for longer stays. And they don't nickel and dime you to death. Broadband connection in the room. Excellent fitness center includes weights and cardio. Well stocked pantry on first floor is open 24 hours and is reasonably priced. If you are a road warrior, you will like this hotel

Clean, comfy, liked the pantry option. Elevator was slow and kind of scary. A very nice place to stay. Located just halfway between friends and family. Really liked being greeted each morning by the colorful parrott/parakeete outside our window. The internet was a little slow and choppy at times, will bring air card next time we visit.

Hotel is near malls and tons of restaurants. They have a great onsite store & laundry. Rooms are excellent with mini kitchen-refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, sink. Staff is helpful and friendly. Excellent value.

Very clean and comfortable; everything in good repair. There is highway construction going on in the area which makes for difficulty. We got exactly what we were looking for: a suite hotel with everything new. We appreciated the Candlewood Cupboard and the free washers/dryers. There was absolutely nothing to complain about.

Wow, we weren't expecting to love this hotel so much! The room was huge, clean, and very comfortable. Loved the kitchen and the recliner. Great little store that runs on the honor system; free washers and dryers. They've thought of everything! And it's walking distance to our favorite Houston restaurant, the Taste of Texas steakhouse. We will definitely be back the next time we're in Houston!

Convenient and cost effective. All facilities worked as expected. Housekeeping not performed when due. Some minor dilapidations not attended to (broken clothes hook, door stop, and crack in bath). Relatively inexpensive and well appointed hotel. Suite facilities offer the option of limited in house catering for business traveler which reduces requirement to dine out every night. Candlewood pantry could benefit from some greater degree of choice.

Full kitchen, free internet, unlimited free video borrowing, ample parking, and free gym. No continental or breakfast bar. The room I stayed in after my surgery was very accommodating. It appeared to have been freshly painted with everything in working order. There was a very comfortable recliner where I spent most of my time, since surgery required elevation. Unlimited free video borrowing also helped to keep my mind occupied. Only complaint I have is regarding the bathroom washcloths and towels. They were very rough and uncomfortable to dry with or wash face. The main thing I am upset is the fact I chose two queen beds so my husband could sleep in opposite bed since I would have been just out of surgery. The hotel/suites informed us they don't even offer that option. Their suites only have one bed.

Location and clean. Staff was not helpful and rude. The hotel was nice for a business traveler. Other than that it cost more in the long run to stay there as I had to purchase another room to accommodate one more person to sleep.

Clean room, friendly staff. Poor location, difficult to get to. Hotel is just fine, near good restaurants, but, because of construction on the interstate, getting to it is currently inconvenient.

Great room and amenities for price. Nothing. With virtually all of Houston under construction, finding the hotel was slightly difficult. But upon arrival, the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, explaining all the amenities of the hotel such as complimentary exercise room access and free video rental, as well as the location of several local restaurants. The complimentary soda from the kitchen area was a nice touch. The hotel was very clean from the front desk to the elevator and into the room. For all the features that came with the room, I feel I truly got a bargain at this hotel. I would readily stay at the Candlewood Suites again.

Store with supplies on site, laundry use, and friendly staff Hotel directions to the site were missing one step, Town and Country Blvd. does not become Town & Country Way , need to correct the phone directions.

Small kitchen in side the room. No computer and staff is not helping. Istay just for one night, feel good about the kitchen Ii feel really bad they don't have computer access for the coutomer, even any body is in emergency they show them go to kankoes, they charge very cheap.

They have accounted for every need a client will or could have. Nothing. Definitely a place that will care for you!
