My first experience was a good one. The location was not bad. To be right across the street from the airport and not be disturbed by airplanes was just great. I did have a little trouble operating the TV/DVD player but the young lady at the Front Desk was very helpful. The bed was high and so very comfortable but the pillows were just way to soft. Called the Front Desk for firmer pillows and they were all out. The hotel had a full house and the firm pillows were the first thing to go. The table in my room was not sturdy at all. Every staff I met was friendly and had a smile on their face, even the young lady that had to come in on her day off. Even though the room reminded me of an efficient apartment, it was very spacious and roomy. I would stay there again.

Quiet, good coffee in room. No breakfast included. Breakfast not expected since it was a suite with kitchenette.

Our stay at this hotel started off pretty rotten. We had booked 4 double rooms only to be told once we got there that they were all out of doubles. As if we had not made a reservation. The manager tried to just send us packing to another hotel. After much uproar we informed the manager that this was their mistake and he would just have to fix it by giving us additional rooms at no charge, which after some time he finally did. The rest of our stay was ok. The rooms are suites, if you care about having a stove and sink, Which I never used this isn't a bad hotel. The hotel is brand new ?for the moment? so that was a plus. Housekeeping seemed to be short handed as the public trash cans always seemed to need empting. The rooms were very reasonably priced and just across the street from the airport. Overall with the exception of the check in experience a good stay.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my four years working as a landman, staying at hotels year-round. The staff is poorly trained and unfriendly. One of the guests gave them her debit card and was overdrawn at the bank 8 times because not only did they keep debiting her card, but the sums did not show up on her receipt! I have not had my room cleaned in three weeks. Basic necessities are unavailable. Buyer beware!
