LOVED the fact that they offer a 24hr "cubboard store" that allows you to purchase various treats and foods on your honor, made it so much easier than machines or driving looking for snacks. Also, free laundry, as in self use machines. Also the hot tub/pool was very nice, on location great gas grills, with equipment and tables, and a park with in steps of pool area. Good resturants very close, within walking distance. Easy to find, close to mall and amusment park...GREAT place for a family!! The mattress on the queen sized bed was FANTASTIC! Room was large, clean and staff were great! Will be returning with kids 16 & 10.

The hotel chain has bought new, upscale linens, wonderful! The room was clean, and the staff very accomodating. The room was small and the AC user unfriendly. This hotel had smaller rooms and so-so AC, but it was very clean, had wonderful linens and the staff was very accomodating.

We came in for a week, really enjoyed the hotel. Great Staff, X the manager was very nice. enjoyed teh BBQ in the evening and the coffee machine in the cupboard was great. The only problem was the pillows which they gave me firm ones at the front desk when i let them know. I could tell this property is very well kept compared to other hotels in the area i have stayed at.

The odor in the hotel was terrible. We requested 2 non-smoking rooms and 1 smoking room and were provided 2 smoking rooms and 1 non-smoking room. The rooms were not close together. No daily room service was provided. We won't stay here again.

This hotel blew me away. I am a travel agent and I was stunned by the quality for the price I paid. Clean room, friendly staff, great location, parking, internet........the list goes on and on. I will return-Guaranteed.

The hotel was very well kept and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Our stay at the hotel was quite comfortable. The Candlewood cupboard and free guest laundry was very convenient. I would deficiently stay at Candlewood again.

We came to Phoenix to take in some Spring Training baseball games. Candlewood Suites is convenient to I-17 and other main access routes. Lots and lots of restaurant choices close by. Metro shopping mall directly across the street. The room was quiet and spacious and very comfortable. We highly recommend Candlewood Suites Phoenix for pleasure and business.

The hotel was pet friendly, they had a very nice area to walk our pet. the staff was nice and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. We go to AZ. often and will stay there again. the little store was great, had lots of treats.

It met my needs. Nothing. This a suite with all the amenities of home including movies and popcorn, coffee pot ect. I would gladly book this hotel again.

The room had a horrible smell. We were 2 business male travelers and they gave us a single bed. The hotel was not what I expected, the appliances were old and the room had a horrible smell. We met several guest and they were really disappointed too. The hotel was sold out and we were 2 male business travelers and they gave us a single bed.

Heated pool. A musty, smelled like a bar, non-smoking room. We got a non-smoking room, but it smelled like a bar inside. The front desk could do nothing except give me an air freshener (which did nothing). The smell made it difficult to sleep and we woke with stuffy noses and scratchy throats.
