Room was clean, comfortable and recently remodeled. Only complaint pertained to room air conditiioning system - was somewhat noisy.

The cooking/kitchen utensils were good. They do not clean the room often and no breakfast..

THe peolpe above me had children that ran around in the room all night stumping on the floor. The hotel staff warned the about twice, it did not help and finally, I have to move to another room so I can get some sleep about 2AM. The manager in the morning gave me the stay free which was nice of him.

I loved the room. It was clean, very comfortable, and beautiful. It also had all the accessories of an apartment. The hotel was located near some very nice restaurants. The rooom was very accommodating. It had a fully equipped kitchen.

It was very spacious. It had a kitchen and everything. Full size fridge and microwave. They were a little rude at the beginning when they checked us in. The hotel stay overall was great. There was a little bit of confusion at the beginning of our stay. The hotel was great. The only other thing that I didn't like that the hotel did not offer any free breakfast but since they offered a full size kitchen with fridge, microwave, and two oven eyes and a sink, I over looked the breakfast. Also, the hotel was very close to the destination that we were trying to go. My husband and I would stay again if given the chance.

The beds and room was excellent! The staff deserves to be awarded! Location/no walking distance of anything. The staff was great. The beds were the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. Room very clean and had all the convenience of home. I would have brought my pet if I had known they were pet friendly. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They deserve a raise!

All inclusive-kitchen facility-good with infant. Non smoking room smelled terrible-smokers in it. Difficult to find as there is not entrance off feeder road of Loop 635 in Dallas. Had to make a big circle to get back to the hotel. When I called to get directions, the staff told me she was new to Dallas and didn't know how to direct me. Did get another person who was somewhat helpful. Didn't know names of streets to turn on. Not a good experience with a 3 month old and new mother.

Kitchenette was nice as was the internet and DVD player in the room. Towels were too rough and bed was harder than I like. This is a wonderful place to stay especially the out of town business traveler who has work to bring back to the hotel and wants to be able to cook for himself.

Very clean and in a good location. Only had one queen size bed in every room of hotel. We had 4 guys and 2 rooms. We had hoped to get two double beds in each room but every room in this hotel only has one queen size bed and no cots. Other than that, great hotel for the price.

Very friendly staff Reservations were for 3 people but could not upgrade for additional fee w/o reserving 2nd room & they did not have roll away bed. Our reservation required beds (or sofas) for 3 people. Your website said to contact the hotel if we needed more than one queen size bed. The hotel would not give me an upgrade for an additional fee and said that I would have to reserve a 2nd room at the regular rate. They did not provide rollaway beds so I had to sleep on the floor, on a swimming float.
