We didn't know before booking our room that the hotel allowed pets. The plaster was peeling off the wall where it met the ceiling in the bedroom and there were several water leak stains. The next day we asked to be moved, and were given a new room without any difficulties. That room smelled cleaner but the carpet was still obviously soiled and in dire need of cleaning. The countertops, cabinets, walls, and doors were all dirty and easily cleaned off with sanitary wipes I had purchased for the first room. The bathtub fixtures were loose and the water was difficult to shut off at the faucet. Also the tub and bathroom sink drained very slowly and there was no fan in the bathroom. We chose this hotel because we had a great experience at the Candlewood Suites in Lake Mary, and assumed the lower price was because of location, not quality. We were wrong.

I stayed at this hotel based on location and was not disappointed. Very close to Crane's Roost and the Altamonte Springs Mall. I really liked the fact that this hotel has a "pantry" with drinks and food for purchase using the "honor system". The washers and dryers were new and free of charge for guests which was fantastic. No fumbling for correct change! DVD player in the room actually worked and a good variety of movies to check out, free of charge.

Nice concierge staff. Lots of clean towels. 3 kinds of pillows. Desk chair & carpeting were old and stained. Thin floors/walls, sound travels easily. Tiny rooms; footfalls and voices of guests on other floors are audible (think: tromping elephants); the carpeting and desk chair in the room are vacuumed/debris-free, but stained. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and 3 kinds of pillows (down, polyfill and foam) were a nice bonus.

After reading some of the poor reviews on this hotel we have to disagree. Our room was clean, neat, and quiet. With the central location we would stay there again if doing business in the Orlando area.

Clean, kitchen available in room. This hotel met my expectations when compared with the online rating. It was clean and there was a kitchenette available and I could keep my own foods available when I wanted.

The room was very clean and comfortable. First class all the way, the linens, towels were nice and soft. A DVD player in the room and big collection of movies from the front desk was a nice touch.

It was very comfortable. The bath room was very clean generally I will buy cleaing supplies and clean the bathroojm, it was very clean. I loved the fact that you could get items in the shopping area for cash or chargeit to your room and that we could wash clothes when we needed to for free. They were great. We even got a couple of DVD's from the front desk. We just got married in Nov. 08 and this was our first trip as a married couple to spend time for the new year with my new family. It was great.

The room was very clean and relaxing, it had a view of the swimming pool. Very nice. There was nothing that we did not like about the hotel. We plan on visiting again soon. The staff were very pleasant, the room was very clean and inviting. We would visit this hotel again.

I chose this hotel due to its location. It was close to everything and it had many dining options. The room was spacious but the bathtub was dirty.

Young man did go out of his way to pick us up at airport. Thank You for that. Location. No, did not like room or price was too high. Breakfast was just okay, did not like the location, or price of the room.

I have been to Orlando before and this was my third trip in 5 years. I have no idea if the state regulations have chaged in the meantime. However, at this hotel, the towels and bed sheets are changed only once a week. My room card key would not open my alloted room door many times (more than 4)during one week stay. I was told to keep the room key seperate from other credit cards, which I did, but the problem persisted.

Check in: I arrived at the hotel at 11:30, and the front desk had closed at 11:00 p.m. I picked up the key and information, and the key did not work. It was lucky a staff member was around, as he re-programmed the key and I got in. The room was on the side of the highway, and I had trouble sleeping due to the roar of the highway noise throughout the night. I would fall asleep, and then be awoken by the noise. The staff, while accommodating, acted like I was asking a lot to be checked into another room. I looked at one room, and the water was running loudly in the tub, and since I had very little sleep, I knew this would be another sleep deterrent. I was then given another room, which was a lot quiter. The first room and this room, however, did not seem perfectly clean, I found hair in the tub and on the floor at check-in, and in the second room there was food in the garbage disposal from another guest. The staff was not friendly. The notebook did not contain much information, either as to what restaurants were around the hotel.

The staff was very friendly. There was a strange smell in our room but it was not overpowering possibly left over from another guests cooking. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and found the cupboard very convenient. The staff was great they caught on to my sarcasm quickly and ran with it. They apologized for the smell in our room and said they would have been happy to move us if we had said something. It was close to where we were going. We will definitely be staying there again soon.

I come in to Orlando every month to see my kids. I need a place with a pool for them to play, so this works. We all love the ability to do laundry and get snacks as well. The hi-speed internet connection is great for my busines needs as well. All in all, this format of hotel suits my purpose exactly. Staff have always been quite nice.

Clean, spacious, free internet access, close to restaurants and I4. We had two laptops and no wireless internet. I was totally amazed with the cleanliness, newness and the price. It was close to many restaurants, gas stations, pharmacies and I4. If you are looking for a good inexpensive place to stay, this is it. The room was better than the Marriott, we stayed in for the next couple of nights for 3 times the price.

Full kitchen with dishes! VCR and DVD player! For the price, it was PERFECT! They had a full kitchen with dishwasher, dishes, fridge, and a stove! They had a small cafe where they sold everything from combs to spaghetti and sauce! Also, free washer and dryer service! Only about 20ish minutes away from Universal and 30ish away from Disney! The staff was very friendly and helpful with the restaurants in the area. Also this hotel is pet friendly! It was a great stay and we would gladly stay again!
