If you are looking for a restaurant or bar, this suites hotel has no ne but there are plenty of these establishments very close. They do have however what is called The Cubbard, where you may purchase all manner of food stuffs as well as snacks for a very reasonable price. Since every suite has a range , mocrowave, and fridge, a very nice meal can be prepared right in you suite. We were very please with our stay and will make Candlewood Suites our first choice as we travel to various places around the country. There are 130 locations and the price is extremely reasonable.

"I like the Candlewood family, however this hotel was a bit older than the other ones - plus they didn't give away cupboard cash like the one in Hartford - had a problem with the air conditioner and was told there was no maintenance on the weekends!"

It was as I expected. Good location. Rooom amenaties were good and the staff was very helpful. It does NOT have a restaurant on the premises . . . a sad comment when it is pouring rain and you have no car. Also, no free shuttle service to/from the Cleveland airport.

I have no complaints! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room, while not overly spacious, was very comfortable and clean. The kitchenette was spotless and appliances in excellent condition. The hotel was located near a major mall, several good restaurants and hospital (which we unfortunately had to use, but was also excellent)! Additionally, the hotel was quiet at night and the parking lot spacious and well lit. I highly recommend this facility!

"This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we enjoyed our stay both times. It is very clean. The bedding is wonderful and you actually look forward to crawling into it at. There isn't a restaurant at the hotel but there are many within walking distance. If you are looking for a clean, affordable hotel that has so little extras this is your hotel."

I would not stay there again. I checked out the next day and went to another hotel in the area. It was dirty and the whole place smelled musty.

The location, close to the airport, a mall, wall-mart and target. No airport shuttle. It was very nice and clean, the staff was okay. The bed was pretty comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and large.

The Candlewood Suites is a fairly nice place to stay. The room was neat and clean. The exterior and upkeep is ok. However, the hall coridors smell like a cigarette factory. The rooms are equipped with a full kitchen which was neat and clean. The bathrooms were well stocked and clean too. The hotel is close to many full dining restaurants as well as a mall. It is also easily excessable to I-480. We were taking our child back to college. Overall, I would stay at Candlewood again!

Easy to find. Conveniently located.. No extra blankets. No rollaway cot. Not friendly or welcoming. I found the staff to be very unfriendly. I was traveling with my 83 year old mother and asked that we be placed close as possible to the parking lot/front of the hotel.

The available facilities and their convenience. Maid Service only once per week. This facility is a good value for the money and is a good fit for the traveler in search of value, convenience and comfort. I will stay again and would recommend these properties to travelers whether they are on business or vacation.

Convenient, better than other hotels of same rating. No late desk clerk. Clean rooms with only weekly service. Nicely appointed, comfortable chair in a smallish room. Kitchenette pretty nice, complimentary bag of popcorn and free soda in the convenient honor based store which had a good variety of food and some accessories. Friendly staff.

When I arrived about 11:30 p.m., I found a note saying I had been bumped to a hotel down the street. Hotel staff did not tell me this despite a phone call from me earlier in the evening. The office at the second hotel was closed; if someone hadn't been in the lobby, I'm not sure I would have gotten in. The second hotel was fine, but I was not at all pleased with Candlewood.

the lady at the front desk was really friendly and helpful i wish that they had a pool the rooms were clean and the service was great. I also liked the little convenience store because drinks were cheap and we didn't have to run out anywhere else.

you are able to cook in your room Didn't have a pool or an oven. and you only have house keeping once a week Over all I would stay again but it is nice to have house keeping eveyday instead of once a week and clean towels daily.

Best hotel I've stayed in. Very clean, nice services. Nothing. For the star level, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in.
