The room was OK, the front desk staff were not all that polite, there are no attractions in the area, just a Bar and Grill. Had to take a taxi to go anywhere. They charged for use of the coffee in the room. No breakfast.

The room was really awesome! The cabinet was pretty far. It was really nice and we'd love to stay there again but get a room on the ground level.

This was my first stay at this Candlewood location. I will never stay at this location again. The hotel, room, location were just fine and were to be expected. But the reason I will never stay here again was the customer service. I was charged twice for my room, once by travel agent and once by the hotel. I even called travel agent and they have done their best to resolve this and I am now on my own fighting with the staff at this location. I have made many phone calls and left messages with no call backs. When I do finally get to talk to someone who can do something about this they tell me they are working on it. It has been over a month since my stay there and this is still not resolved. Avoid this hotel if you want customer service. There are many many better choices in the area. Raddison, Budget Suites, Holiday Inn Express etc, etc. Well, time to call the hotel again to try and get my money back, wish me luck.

I have stayed multiple times at the Las Vegas Candlewood Suites, and this hotel is not up to the same standard. The bed was hard and lumpy, the paint decor was unattractive. Also the sheets had a strong chemical/cleaner smell which kept me awake at night.

There was a kitchen in the room. The staff never cleaned the room while I was there. I could not recommend this hotel.

Great stay. Front desk staff member was ok, but needs to work on the smill and all.Got to my room and it was good. Liked the idea i ould oook my own meal in room while i was getting ready to go out. The only problem with the room, was the heater/ac blew the curtains all the time. And no DVD play as in room as stated in the ad etc, no problem tho as i had not time to sit and watch a movie. It was a Quiet hotel. What was scary was on heckin and going to my room the were fire personal with the door open to vent out smoke i assumed etc. Taxi service to area events is easy, And not bad in price.

Location, location, location. When I visit Dallas, TX, I need to be close to market center. Needs a little work on curtains, bedspreads, the finishing touches. You can tell it's a little dated. But overall, the experience was good. Front desk needs to be able to answer guests question on surrounding sites, bars, and act.

It had a kitchen. The room was kind of small and a little outdated. Not a lot of space to move around. It could have been better.

I liked the fully stocked kitchen and amenities. Housekeeping is only once per week. Bed was clean and comfortable and the location was great. It was really close to great restaurants and attractions. The only drawback is it is clearly designed to be a long stay hotel and housekeeping is only once per week. However, the room is very clean and the staff very friendly. Would stay there again.

Very neat and clean and very comfortable. We were only there over night and left the next morning, but it was very nice and neat and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The room layout with recliner and kitchenette. (although did not use) A non-smoking room. We were told that a non-smoking room was unavailable despite the fact that Candle wood Suites was at less than full capacity. My husband and I are not smokers and were very dissatisfied, especially since the desk clerk was less than accommodating. She did not seem to care in the least bit. I have never had to request specifically for a non-smoking room.

That it had a separate bedroom as well as another bed and 2 TV. I can't really think of anything. It had everything you would need for short or long term stays, kitchenette, pool, laundry facilities. It was close to the interstate and the show that we were going to see.

Large suite. No hot water, the phone, air conditioner, and refrigerator did not work. Staff was INCREDIBLY RUDE !!!! This was a hotel NIGHTMARE !! I worked 8 hrs and then drove 6 hrs to get to the hotel. Hotel receptionist was angry and so she put my employee and me in a room where NOTHING worked right. There were bugs running all around the bathroom floor (silverfish and spiders). They did not call us for our wake-up. Then they got extremely rude and accused me of lying when I said that I had no hot water in my shower. So my poor employee, out of desperation had to take a cold shower too. Then when we went to check out there was no one at the front desk. There was another business woman there trying call the hotel, to try and get someone to the front desk because she needed to get a shuttle ride to her meeting. She too said that this hotel was a disaster and that she did not have any hot water for her shower that morning either. I wish I could send a health or hotel inspector to shut this hotel down.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. NOTHING!! It is in a business district so there were not enough restaurants close enough to walk if you wanted to. They do have a shuttle that only runs from 7-12 noon. The rooms were spacious and allowed for privacy with doors between the 2 beds. Rosalind was QUITE helpful in our situation.

The staff was friendly The place was under renovations. They didn't give me 2 beds. It was nosiy. The hotel was undergoing renovations and smelled like construction materials. It was not a nice experience. The construction was ongoing so it was loud. Also, I requested 2 beds and originally they said it would be ok but upon checkin did not agree to that request.
