I stay for a convention in town, the staff had my check-in ready when I arrived, they were friendly and helpful during my 3 day stay. the hotel was clean, I invited my friends over for a cook out, used the clean, large BBQ gas grill and the hotel provided all the supplies needed. Great price and location. I would stay there again.

It had a refrigerator and stove. It did not have regular maid service. This place is more for a traveler who is staying in the area for a temporary work position. It has only queen beds and no sofa or any other space to sleep a second person.

I was impressed with the knowledge of the hotel staff, especially the front desk. It was our first time in Huntsville, AL and we were given directions which took us directly to the hotel. I was very impressed with security measures--had to use a phone or key to enter the main lobby after dark. It was close to the University of Alabama, restaurants, and the mall. It was in a great location because it was also close to the people we were visiting there. I was so comfortable there that I watched a DVD that I had brought from home.

Cheap snacks, free internet. Location was a little sketchy. Excellent amenities, easy access to freeway. Area around hotel a little suspect. Great snack shop, very cheap prices. Kitchenette with stove, microwave, and full fridge was nice. Free movie rentals at desk!

I was happy to be able to take my puppy with me. The rooms were large and more like an apartment than a room. I had a kitchen and eating area, living room with lazy boy and couch, a large bedroom, and large bathroom. They also had a workout room that I was able to utilize while I was there. They had a large area to walk pets, too. The were 15 minutes from anywhere I wanted to go in Huntsville.

The location and price. The toilet was broke. It was the 2nd out of the 4 times I've stayed there that this happened. Overall, I like the location and it's close to a new mall. I wish they would remodel the bathrooms and change the shower curtains. And lastly, get the toilets fixed!

we really loved this hotel.I think that this is the only one that we said how much we liked it on our first night to the last night. we are planning a trip this time next year and are planning on making it our place to stay. MJ

Overall a nice hotel. The price could be a little less, but I am just being thristy. Nice hotel, nice clean and smoke free room,good location, and very quiet. Pretty much pleased with my stay.

In room amenities were great. Trash was on the outside of the trash can by the elevator and was there the next day. We couldn't get the DVD player to work to see a movie. Overall the hotel accommodated our needs.

Nothing. Almost everything. The hotel was a typical 2* below average, however the accommodation did not reflect the room provided. The manager said they could not provide what was paid for only what was available. My resent trip to Savannah GA was great, the two 3* hotels was just a few bucks more than at the Candle Wood with far better accommodation/service.

Very clean. I was surprised that a 2-star would not have a pool. I'm learning! I would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were very close to the US Space and Rocket center which was our destination.

I liked having the kitchen facilities and the cupboard. The elevator and hall carpets could have been a bit cleaner. It was quite comfortable. Very quiet. I would definitely consider using Candlewood Suites in the future.

They though of everything for our room. Nothing. The hotel was real close to the space and rocket museum. The hotel was friendly, clean, and everything stocked. We liked how they had everything such as pots, pans, silverware. We definitely would return.

Very spacious. Out of the way of food places and entertainment. The hotel was okay; they didn't have a room ready when we came, but the staff was nice, and cleaned our room right away. The room was spacious and met our expectations, but it definitely wasn't a 3 or 4 star hotel, and the water was warm not hot that was kind of annoying. Other than that, though, it was perfect for our short trip.

The rooms were updated and there was a kitchenette. No swimming pool. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel and couldn't have been more pleased for the price.

Location. Loud and loitering in lobby. The hotel was clean and was good room for the price. However, I arrived at 10:30pm and they front desk lady was putting my key into a kiosk. No late arrivals especially for an airport hotel? I had to swipe my key into the kiosk and then punch some numbers and the kiosk spit my key out. The hotel had plenty of rooms and she put me right next to the front desk, the lobby. There was no way to change. That was a big bummer. So were the type of people loitering in the lobby. I checked out early with no problems. The location is great. Exit 14 can be a little tricky.

Liked the decor, DVDs, exercise room, kitchen. Needs free breakfast buffet. We went to the Huntsville Space Center. The hotel was convenient for this purpose. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Clean; appeared to be a low crime area. Staff (Eric) was very nice and helpful. Ice maker in our kitchen did not work, but we did not report it until check out. Once reported, maintenance was immediately sent to the room.
