Good location and nice work out room. Very convenient location, the full kitchen would have been nice for a person traveling and staying for a longer time than just one night. The staff was very friendly and informed about the area with good tips on restaurants etc.

We also stayed here a couple of weekends prior to this visit. Both visits have been great for us & our 2 dogs. We are waiting closing of new home thats in another county & chose to come back here. Kitchens completely furneished with 2 of everything. CLEAN. Front desk went out of their way to help locate hotel availability without hesitation. Staff Nice!!!

This hotel was clean but we were shocked when we got back to the hotel the second night and our key would not work to even let us into the lobby. We had to call and wake the desk clerk who said Oh are you staying another night then we were shocked to get to our room and find no towels and the bed not made. I asked the front desk in the am what we were suppose to do for towels and he said you bring down the used one's and exchange them for clean ones. I then asked him how were we suppose to know that. He said it was on a paper in the bathroom. We did not have one in ours. I feel for the price I paid we should of at least had the bed made and fresh towels. I called my friend who lives in Huntersville and told her to be sure no one stays there.

Having a kitchen. No swimming pool, no rooms with double beds. Our stay was very nice. We were close to everything that we wanted to see.

Everything was great. The room was spacious, had everything we needed. It was in a great location, right across from the Birkdale shopping center, which is a great place for shopping and movies. The price was awesome!

I was able to engage a shuttle to the race. Everything was fine. Everything about the hotel met my expectations.

This hotel was clean and had a great staff----we were in the area looking to buy a boat. They were knowledgable of all the marinas. We were so surprised as to how the area had grown--so many food places and great shopping!!!! We definitely would reccommend this hotel if you travekl to the Lake Norman area..........

Nice work-out room and good location. Faucet dripped, cigarette burns in blanket and sheet, dirty. Thought we would be in a hotel a notch better than a red roof, and it turned out to be worse. We lived in the area for 6 years and knew the location was good, but we should have stayed up exit 28 or 36.

Clean, friendly, good location The phone didn't work and they didn't have a spare phone Everything was wonderful except for one problem - which for me was an issue - they only had one phone in the room. This phone did not work - it wasn't the connection - was definitely the phone as I tried it in another jack in the lobby (the phone I removed did work) so it definitley was the phone -and because they were sold out - had no phone to spare - this was an issue and BIG issue. They brought one the next day - however the next day I checked out shortly after receiving the phone. They did offer me a free 1 night if I ever come back to their hotel.

Nothing. The television reception was lousy and the channel choices worse. Not a remarkable hotel, very common and mundane.
