Clean, new hotel with large rooms. Flat screen TV with DVD player. Well kept and a very friendly staff. Candlewood policy for once per week housekeeping and DIY towel service by exchange was inconvenient and not the norm for hotels at this price level.

Bed was comfortable. False alarm fire alarm at midnight. Was initially impressed with room, upon further inspection it did not appear the bathroom room had been mopped and then we were awaken by a false alarm fire alarm at midnight.

We were very pleased with our suite. Check in was quick and courteous. The room was nice and new. The kitchenette, even though we did not use, was stocked with plates, pots and pans, glassware and everything we would need. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean, but the bathroom floor could have stood a more detailed mopping. Overall it was a wonderful experience. It was also close to Oaklawn, shopping and lots of restaurants.

Hotel was not fancy, but great rooms. This hotel is an extended stay, so it comes with a stove top range, microwave, and full fridge. No continential breakfast, which are not usually good anyway. Microwave had a great suprise(bag of popcorn). Rooms are not big, but you can purchase two rooms joining. Overall, best hotel for the value in Hot Springs. We booked for $90 with a coupon, and the Motel 8 was going to be $80. Very pleased.

It was affordable and offered a break room with whatever you might need. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. It was a nice hotel with a kitchenette. They could have taken a little more time to get the smell of cigarettes out but overall it was okay.

After my recent trip to Hot Springs for business, I was compelled to write my first reviews of the two hotels I stayed at. This hotel was the pleasant part of my accommodations -- the other hotel was my unpleasant stay. The room is large, the bed is one of the best I've ever slept on (2nd only to a hotel I stayed at in Boston a few years ago), you have a kitchenette, a great desk area with a comfortable rolling desk chair, and a large flat-screen TV. The accommodations were great for the price -- only $* a night. If you're going to the track, you're a very short distance away -- on a pretty day, you could walk (perhaps a dozen blocks?). This is also a great place to stay if you need a hotel which will take pets. I also commend the staff who were very pleasant and helpful.

the light between the beds sparked and sizzled when we attempted to turn it off i contacted front desk and they said someone would be down to check it at midnight no one had shown up so i took the light bulb out of the socket my 6 yr old niece was scared to sleep because she was afraid the hotel would burn down & then i find that this hotel also charged my credit card cause a huge mess and over drew my checking account

Very quiet and the ultimate in helpful. Definitely a place I would recommend for family and friends. Very clean and the staff was awesome.

I stayed at Candlewood with my daughter in early October. We were both very impressed with not only our room, but the service, and the amminities. They have a "home" theater with movies each night, a great business center, and free use of guest laundry facilities. It was very nice to RETURN home with clean clothes. Can't wait to return.

Good location. The beds were very hard. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and the room was good. (Minus the bed which was hard.).

It was a come and go type of place. It was an extended stay type of place and treated you as a friend, not a guest. There was no breakfast provided and the coffee they had was pretty bad.

The hotel was new. The rooms were extremely dirty especially the sheets and towels. The walls were also thin and you can hear everything. If you stay in this hotel you need to check your sheets and towels right away. I was told the hotel had gone green and only cleaned the rooms once a week. I didn't realize that that meant that if you checked in mid week your room would be dirty. They have major housekeeping issues and the management didn't seem interested in fixing the problems.

The room had a fridge, stove, plasma TV,DVD player. Elevators took too long to open.

The beds, linens and room design. Major potential for car crash. Large entrance sign should be at top of the hill. I was very impressed with the whole operation.

Very clean. No continental breakfast. A little ways from downtown but very clean and full kitchen.
