Nice quiet place. Enjoyed my stay.

The room was set up nicely. Ash trays in a non smoking room. AlthoughI liked the hotel, I did not like the fact that the hotel allowed a previous guest to smoke in the room. (I have proof). Also, the staff did not remove the sheets on the pullout bed, they were balled up in the couch, we had to change the sheets ourselves. The smoke detector in the main room did not work, a staff member removed the smoke detector and never returned.

Stayed 3 nights and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately stay here again if I ever find myself in Pennsylvania again.

I was recently a guest of the Candlwood Suites in Horsham PA outside of Philadelphia. I was in the area on business and although the hotels is "extended stay", I decided to give it a try for 2 nights. I loved the spacious room and kitchen unit where I could make my own breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They told me all about the various amenities the hotel offers at check in and made me feel very welcome. They room itself was very clean and well maintained. I would definately stay again if I am ever in the area.

The stay was a one day nice and quiet stay

It was exactly what we needed when we needed it. A fairly comfortable, clean place for the night. Evening front desk clerk was not very friendly or helpful. The hotel was a bit nicer than we expected. The only complaints we had were that the curtain rod was broken and we had to rig it so that you could not see into the room. Also, the stove top was not cleaned and someone had left food behind that housekeeping had failed to remove.

Stayed only one night yet found it a great place to stay. The desk clerks were all very freindly and helpful. The room was clean, updated, quiet and had a wondefully comfortable bed. I accidently left something in my room and called the front desk to have them return it to me. They gladly did free of charge. I would stay at Candlewood without thinking twice. The price was reasonable too.

Location was good. Check in was quick. The room was adequate size. There were large ants in the room that made our stay uncomfortable. Also, thin walls. Able to hear people talking and doors slamming at different hours. Aside from the ants, the room was clean. We only stayed for one night. It's an adequate place for a 1 night stay.

The openness of the room. The location. For the price, good stay for the money. It’s almost like staying in a 1 BR apartment.

I been to one before in Maryland. Both of them are very good hotels to stay in.

The bed was soft and the room was moderate sized. The smell of the hotel and room was horrible. We felt it was moderately priced and very comfortable, especially the bed. There was a great amount of space and a wonderfully sized bathroom, with adjoining kitchen that suited our families needs. The room however smelled, as if someone had just smoked in it and then tried to cover it up with cleaning chemicals. All in all, an ok stay. If it had not smelled, I would give it an excellent review.

I enjoyed my stay. It has a good work space and the internet connection was reasonably fast. Good amenities - stove, refrigerator, microwave (with popcorn) and some dishes and cups. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were of different firmness. The only drawback is that you have to drive about a couple of miles to get to some decent restaurants.

Location. Great value for the price .

Candlewood Suites appears average from outside the building, but once inside my room, I was pleasantly surprised by the room's attractiveness: cherry desk, chair, and bed. I like a firm mattress for my back, and mine was excellent. The room included a kitchenette (fridge, stove, dishwasher) which came in handy. The bathroom was clean, large, and well stocked with towels. I also made use of the exercise facilities which were quite adequate for my needs. Although I didn't buy anything, I thought the Candlewood Suites' snack and toiletries stand was a good feature. I chose the location because it is situated conveniently between my daughter's college and nearby Arcadia University. I was able to easily commute between both schools to watch my daughter play in a volleyball tournament. The Suites are also off the main road but close enough to shopping and restaurants.

Friendly staff. You only get house keeping if you stay more than 1 week. Hard to find, small unlit sign, had to call for directions. Bed was ok, pillows were comfortable. No house keeping- must stay 7 days before they clean your room. Staff was friendly and helpful in finding places. Pretty close to restaurants & other shopping.

This hotel was obviously meant for long term business visits not for a weekend stay.

Good staff, free laundry, gym, free DVD use, kitchen. Could have been cleaner, musty smell in room! Staff very helpful!

The staff was accommodating and available if and when service was needed. I liked the fact that there was a refrigerator, stove and microwave oven in the room which made it easy to warm up or prepare food, when necessary.

The front desk person was excellent. I liked everything about this hotel. One of the nicest extended stay type hotels I have ever visited (and I have visited hundreds). The rooms were fresh, neat and clean. Everything you needed was there and then some. Beds were comfortable, as well as the overall room. Could not be more satisfied. The front desk clerk was friendly and very helpful.

The hotel was very conveniently located for the business trip. Staff was very friendly, rooms were comfortable, however, the refrigerator had a very annoying noise coming from the freezer area, so much so I unplugged it during the night.
