Liked the idea of the stove, fridge etc. Walls were not sound proof enough, we could hear any body that walked down the halls!

Struggling to find something good to say about this property. There was nothing that made this place worth going back to. In fact, I will go out of my way to avoid this place: uncaring staff, the 4th floor hallway has a noticeable bad smell, no ice machines in the entire guest area (your expected to make your own), no luggage stands in any rooms (My wife's was put on an extra chair. Mine was on the floor.), the pool is very noisy from mechanical noise and echoing, no tables in pool due to relatively small size, no continental breakfast. For plus tax it was a bad experience. The staff was the worst I have ever encountered, couldn't care less.

Unfortunately we had very rude loud people staying acrossed the hall and right next door keeping us up until 1:30a.m. We finally had to call the hotel clerk and ask them to come up to patrol the hallway since kids were running up and down slamming doors.

As soon as I arrived at the hotel I had to switch rooms because of my leaking toilet, phone not working. The interenet crashed 3 times while I was there. Then the manager told me that he wasnt going to discount my room after the fact. I had to move all of my belongings by myself and I am in a wheelchair. The mananger did not offer any assistance at all and there was laughing going between him and someone else in the backround like this matter was funny. This was the worst customer service ever and they need to grow up. Where is the professionalism at? Never never never will I stay at this hotel again.
