Staff went out of their way to help me get a document printed. No ironing board in the room, for business travelers, it's important. Nice staff, second stay at this particular hotel. Good for business or single/couple leisure travelers. Not good for families.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay. I haven't nothing negative to say. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Very friendly staff. A lot for your price. Very clean. Good location to dining and shopping.

Not much, the outside of the hotel was pretty. The room smelled terrible like 50 smokers locked themselves in there. Trash was found under the bed. Looks like nobody cleans it well. Not good rooms need to be cleaned better, and there needs to be better entry area. The front entrance you are just walking into a hallway. The check in place is just a small room off of a hallway. There is no main entry area. There is also no good public area. There are just a bunch of hallways.

Location was good! No one behind the front desk every time I stopped by. Check-in I waited 5 minutes. Ok-I would stay there again on my next trip to Louisville, KY.

Fully furnished with kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, etc! Great hotel for business or leisure travel especially with a family, conveniently located near freeway but far enough away to be quiet. Service very friendly.

I liked the kitchen area of the room. It was a nice motel and room just didn't like the one bed it was very uncomfortable for the children.

Large fridge and complete kitchen with utensils and a large room. Elevator only in center of large building. Great motel, felt comfortable, digital thermostat on wall, large rooms and excellent value.

We really liked the convenience and selection of the "Candlewood Cupboard"! Very well-suited for the business traveler; not quite as well-suited for family/pleasure. My family enjoyed staying at the Candlewood Suites. The rooms were clean, well-furnished, and sensibly laid out. We really liked the convenience and selection of the "Candlewood Cupboard". Candlewood Suites worked reasonably well for our family trip; I imagine it is even better suited to the business traveler.

The room was pretty clean. Staff was not very customer frendly, seemed like we were there for them, instead of them there for me The room was OK. The staff seemed to be under the impression that we were there for them, not very customer oriented. The pool area was full of empty beer bottles the evening we were there, if the management would take a little more care regarding these issues this would be a much nicer place to stay

The availability of a nice pantry, and kitchen facilities in each room. Nothing - It was great!! Great staff. Free loan of videos, VCR in each room. Nice kitchen. Great acoustics - the sound from other rooms could not be heard in mine. It was heavenly, as compared to some other places.
