Great experience with the hotel staff. Thank you!

Full size kitchen. Lack of pool and continental breakfast. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The full size kitchen would have been great had I stayed for a longer period of time. Nothing exceptional, but nothing to complain about either. Would stay with this establishment again.

I've stayed at this property several times. Nice staff, clean rooms and good location.

Clean, safe, basic hotel. Was in Ann Arbor for a wedding. Was fine for a few days. No real complaints

The Candlewood Suites room I had was very comfortable. I liked the large room & kitchen facilities. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. I wish I would have had time to try out the fitness center. The parking lot was well lit for returning to the motel at night.

This is a very comfortable hotel for both business and leisure traveler. This is 2nd stay at this hotel, this time room had minor problems with temperature control and small maintenance issue with vanity. I would recommend this hotel based on two separate stays. The kitchenette was of great benefit to us and room was very comfortable.

Although we weren't staying long term it was very nice to have a kitchenette and free laundry on site. We actually used the laundry after a night in a smoky bar. There is no daily maid service but if you're OK with that then it's just fine. Staff was less friendly than at other hotels but the long term stay concept seems less service oriented to begin with so it was easy to overlook. All in all, what we originally thought might be odd was very comfortable.

When I travel, I like to escape crowds and people. At Candlewood, I was able to be by myself, stock my kitchenette with breakfast options that were healthy, wine for bedtime, and wake up teas....I was out of the way of the football crowd, yet had easy access to the highways and to shopping! Made it easy to get to UMich, Dearborn, Detroit, restuarants, museums, country towns. I would highly recommend this site for those who want to be secluded and rejuvenated.

Comfortable bed & pillows. Nice pantry, easy food access. A little hard to figure how to adjust the heat.

Stayed for our first Parents Weekend; able to cook for ourselves and our son, ""hang out"" in the comfortable room!

I was so impressed with Candlewood! I don't know why I haven't stayed at one of these places before. They offer so many perks - a little convenience store in the hotel (you just drop a little card in a slot and they bill your purchases to your room), FREE laundry!!, clean rooms with kitchenettes (full-sized fridge!), free Internet, and they allow pets. I will definitely stay here again.

I appreciated the in-room kitchenette and free high-speed internet access. Its location, while fine for many, was not especially convenient for my visit to the University of Michigan. Though the facilities and amenities were designed for longer stays, I found them well suited to my shorter trip. I specifically found the bed to be exceptionally comfortable. Although the front desk is not open 24 hours, there is always an employee on-site, and they're only a phone call away should the need arise. The staff was very helpful, even printing off MapQuest directions to help me find my way to a specific building on the UM campus. I would certainly stay with this chain of hotels again.

Negatives: No continental breakfast, no pool, the room though nice I felt was small and a little cramped, very sensitive smoke alarms, housekeeping did not visit my room for the entire weekend, internet but not wireless. Positives: Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Full size dishwasher and fridge with ice maker. Free laundry, candlewood cupboard mini mart, did have a small kitchenette with commonly used utensils all very clean, HBO. I think would be great for a business or long term stay.

The room was quite nice and the hotel was very convenient. No restaurant. This place probably fills up faster than light speed during football season. The suite we had has a kitchenette and the hotel is located across from more food and beverages than six Michigan fans could consume in a weekend of well football. The stadium is two minutes away by car or public bus. For longer term business stays, access to any part of Ann Arbor is less than fifteen minutes (except during football weekends, add ten minutes to central Ann Arbor).

The Candlewood Suites was conveniently located right off the main highway. It had plenty of restaurant options within a mile. Lots of shopping options for forgotten items (target and a mall) A candlewood cupboard for late night munchie attacks! Room was clean, Front desk staff great. I'd stay again.

The location was fantasic! I really enjoyed my stay at Candle Wood Suites. I was surprised and pleased by the fact that our room had a kitchen. The bed was cozy and we had a wonderful stay. The location was fantastic, very close to downtown Ann Arbour, right near a mall, and there is a Whole Foods right across the street which I was very happy about. It is also right off of two major highways which is convenient for travel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers.

It was clean and the staff was friendly and the kitchen was well stocked and the workout equipment was great. The location was great too. The towels smelled like someone was smoking in the linen closet. Very close to great shopping and very clean.

Very quiet, slept great, friendly, helpful staff. Nothing to report. Our room had a small well equipped kitchen, nice lounge chair, very comfortable bed, very little hallway noise & no noise between rooms, slept great & really enjoyed our 4 days stay!

Great room, very clean, comfortable and attractive bed. Great place to stay in Ann Arbor. Loved the bed!

Free washers and dryers for laundry. Nothing to not like. The bed was better than most 3 and 4 star hotels. There is an honor system convenience store. If you want something you just write down the price and your room number and drop it in a box. It shows up on your bill. The free washers and dryers is a nice touch for multi day trips. For me, I could stay at this hotel chain every one of my 60 nights per year that I am in a hotel.
