I was very impressed by the hotel. There was a dishwasher in the room as well as pots, pans, measuring cups, toaster, etc. The set up of the room was really great too. The bed was extremely comfortable. It felt just as comfortable as my bed at home. I've stayed in many extended stay hotels in the charlotte area and this was the best deal for the price. I will stay here again and again!

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room and facility met all my needs for an overnight stay. Candlewood suites has comfortable rooms, exercise rooms, laundry facilities, an on-your-honor store and is very reasonable.

Had some problems with the DVD remote and the internet connection but they attented to them immediately. Enjoyed my stay that I am staying their again October 20

Loved the room layout, size of room. Perfect for extended stays. Did not like the AC thermostat body heat sensor. I had a great time staying at this location. The only issues were the smell in the room (which I corrected with a scented candle), and the thermostat. It had a body heat sensor on it which kept the room from getting as cool as I would like it (no matter how low I set it), especially when trying to sleep. Other than that the staff was extra friendly and allowed me to check in early.

Candlewood Suites provided a home away from home type of feeling during my stay. The hotel staff was extremely nice and informative about the area. The suites were decorated nicely and the office desk provided me with a more than efficient work space. The Candlewood Suites grounds were very quiet and secluded, and I must give a big two thumbs up for having a the most comfortable bed to seal my experience.

Location, safe, exceeded our needs, would stay again. It was easy to find, located in a safe, executive park with other high scale motels. It was very nicely upkept. Very nice and comfortable room. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

This hotel was OK. The major complaint that I had was my cell phone and wireless networking card had zero reception. Just outside of the building everything was fine but inside there is no reception to speak of.

Very friendly staff &an available snack purchase area with healthy things. Remote controls needed batteries replaced. The hotel was generally clean, quiet and the staff was very pleasant. It met my needs and expectations. There had been a storm the night before so computer access was down, however it was up in 2 days time. There are full service restaurants near by and It is very convenient to the airport. All and all a nice stay.

Good location Key card removed from hotel system before 9:30 am. Locked out of hotel /room & no one at front desk to let in. 1. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Very easy access to I-77 and city/Carowinds.2. Front desk not manned and key card removed from hotel system at 9:30 am. got locked out of hotel and when let in by other guest I found I was locked out of room also. Check out was not until 11:00 am. For this reason I would have to give this hotel a -5 score.
