Date of Stay: July, 2009

The location was great. 20-30 minutes to shopping, beaches and restaurants. The hotel also provides free washer and dryer for your laundry and a kitchenette for those who don't eat out every meal. The pool was empty most days so I had it all to myself. Very enjoyable vacation. If there are two people traveling and you don't sleep together you must ask for a room with a pull out sofa. There is only one full bed in the bedroom. The cost was $100 extra for the pull out.

These suites are excellent for people who don't want to be in the touristy area of town. We stayed for several nights and it was quiet except we could hear people if they walked on the floor above us. If there were very noisy people around you it would be annoying. The staff is friendly and the conveniences are there for your use though we didn't use the pool, bbq, laundry facilities or exercise room but they were clean and there if we had wanted them. For all of the amenities available the price is very good and the unit is roomy. The bed was very comfy and we had everything we needed to prepare and serve a quick meal. The entrance doors were all locked except to patrons at night. The only negative thing I can say about the suite was the very filthy carpet. In units with kitchens there should likely be no carpet as they get too dirty to clean properly but with the noise problem tile would be louder if you were not on the top floor. Everything else was very clean.

Overall a nice stay. However, two down falls for my family were that the pool closed at 9 p.m. Crazy that a Florida Hotel pool would close so early in the summer. Secondly, the roll away should have been thrown away. Cleanliness was exceptional though,which is a hit for our family.

Nice small suite. Kitchen and very large conference style desk/table in the room. Pillows were horribly lumpy. Otherwise nice room.

We wanted to spend 2 days at Clearwater Beach and did not feel like spending 100+ a night so we decided to stay here and commute since we had a rental. It worked out great and we were able to wash out beach gear and towels ever night and have them fresh and ready to go the next day. Staff and manager were really nice and do care about you.

i stayed here because it was located close to where my daughter lives and it worked out well. The room was clean and i liked having a small 'kitchen' to use. A couple of 'headsup's... 1) They don't clean the rooms except for once a week - which isn't bad - except if you need clean towels etc, you have to go trade in your old ones at the front desk...and you have to remember to pick up your coffee packets for the entire week - since they're not replaced daily in your room....(something i forgot to do the 2nd nite there ...) 2) it's pretty much located close to...nothing. (other than my daugher's house..lol) - so if you want to be close to a beach, or any 'attraction' in the area, this is not the hotel to choose. The room, however, as i said -was clean, had everything i could have wanted as far as a kitchen goes, and a little 'store' on the first floor to pick up essentials if needed. The staff was helpful and friendly and all in all - for me - it was a good fit. PS - the BED was wonderful - wish i could have taken it home with me!

Very clean and the rooms are well worth the price. Housekeeping wasn't the greatest in checking out your rooms. We enjoyed our stay. Very nice and clean rooms but no housekeeping during our stay. We had to take out our own trash no one came in to see if their was anything needed in our room. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels and we didn't even have enough supplies toilet tissue and Kleenex) nothing like having to run to the front desk for them.

We weren't in our room very much, but for a place to pretty much just sleep it's perfect for a couple on a budget. The beach was only 25 minutes away and other attractions were very close by.

great value for the money, perfect rooms, very well kept, friendly staff. the location is not bad and it is not that far from the beach and the downtown Tampa and St. Petersburg.overall I recommend it.

Great location to get around the entire Tampa Bay area. No restaurant or continental breakfast. It is a very nice hotel with a great centralized location. While there is not a restaurant, the rooms have kitchens. We however only spent one night and did not intend to cook.
