The hotel is in a very nice location, well lit area, room are very, very clean and well mantain. The hotel is very close to the shopping center and malls. I would recommed this hotel to all my family and friends.

Hotel was clean, quiet, and had nice rooms. It is slightly difficult to locate, being tucked away from the main road. This hotel is basically what it claims to be (not a bad thing). For a business traveler, it is very clean, quiet, with internet access and rooms featuring the amenities necessary to work on paperwork, including kitchenette. I found it to be a very good value.

We recently stayed at this hotel for two nights over a weekend while we were visiting our kids in Raleigh. The property was nicely maintained outside but the rooms were really depressing. I'm glad we were only sleeping there at night and didn't have to spend much time in the room. We won't be going back there again.

Previous travelers had warned of the difficult to find location and they were right - although there is now a sign directing you to the hotel which is VERY helpful (we would have driven right past without it). It's convenient to shopping and highways but not much else. We had no issues with the bed and the bathroom was clean. The kitchen area was a nice convenience for coffee in the morning and for reheating left-overs. I was suprised, however, that no one seemed to come to clean the room. The bed remained un-made and the dishes sat in the sink the entire day. I don't really enjoy having to make my own bed or do dishes while on vacation so had I known this fact we probably would have stayed elsewhere. Not having the towels replaced for 3 days is a bit ridiculous so I went to the front desk to ask for fresh ones. I had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to show up. There was no area information to be found in the hotel - nothing indicating activities in the area or directions of any kind (thank goodness I found the phone book in the night stand). As another traveler stated, it was fine for crashing between NCAA basketball games but other than that I would skip it next time.

Nice "tucked away" hotel, yet around so many attractions and shopping. Convenient to get to and from & overall a great little room to stay at!

Nothing. 1. No lobby, close quarters, no local TV, drab appearance in room, not worth the price I paid, no breakfast, old and dirty carpet, ugly interior. This hotel was very disappointing and the most expensive I have ever paid. No lobby and no atmosphere. No breakfast, TV did not work, dirty carpet (stained and old) and hard to find the hotel. Not convenient. We have medical problems which we go to the area to receive treatment and this was an unpleasant hotel.

A slightly dated hotel room (the cabinets were 90's). The staff was great (i had accidently left 200 cashin the room after checkout and it was retuned promptly) the location was convenient to shopping and entertainment. When I return to Raleigh I'll stay here..

We were very surprised at how clean the suite was and how well it was equipped. They certainly did think of everything that a visitor might need. There was even a self serve panty for many food items as well as travel necessities. Payment was on the honor system and all guests obviously were careful to pay for such a convenient service. The hotel was located in a lovely treed residential area which further increased its appeal. We heartily recommend it to any traveler to the Raleigh Durham airport area.

The receptionist was very helpful in assisting us, and the room was comfortable. Location was difficult to find. Had to call for directions while searching. Now that I know where this hotel is located, I would recommend it to travelers. It was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly.

Customer service was very friendly. The first thing that I noticed when I walked in was how CLEAN the room was, which is very important to me. This is a pet friendly hotel and was cleaner than some places I have seen. Kitchenette did not supply enough pots and pans, but they did the job for the 3 days we were there. Location hard to find because it lies in back of tree lined parking lot and no sign available pointing to hotel location. But it was worth the stay--very quiet. Be prepared to eat out or prepare your own food--we both. Not recommended as a romantic honeymoon getaway, but definitely as a place where you just want hang out and relax a little.

Convenient location to my business activities, clean. Weekly housekeeping, very basic services. This is exactly what it states, a 2 star hotel, which is clean and safe. It is by no means a luxury suite, but for longer stays would be a good home away from home. If you want some "activity" in your hotel, this is not the place. Restaurants both nice, and fast food, are nearby, but no real other activities are nearby. Definitely a business type or long term stay hotel.

It starts with the location, which is impossible to find, tucked behind stores and trees. The lobby reminds me of a college dorm, spartan and cramped, with a pull down metal security window. The "suite" consists of one moderate sized room, with refrigerator, stove, table, chairs and bed squeezed in. The bath had flaking, dirty tile. The fridge and ventilation compressors competed throughout the night and when they were both quiet, the noise from the next room could be heard easily. The queen sized bed had the typical sag in the middle, so if there are two, you will need to like snuggling. The fitness facility consisted of a treadmill and an exercise bike. And use your towels carefully, since housekeeping only comes once per week. The staff tried to be helpful, but did not even know there was a train station in town..We were scheduled to stay a week, but bailed after one night.

Staff was very friendly and helpful I was put in smoking room. Hard to locate from the street address. Furniture a little worn and carpet needed a more thorough vacuuming. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
