Overall, the hotel was great. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the size of the room was perfect for business travel. There were lots of amenities with the hotel, such as a food pantry, fitness center, and laundry room. If you need a cart to carry in your luggage, be prepared to deal with one with a warped wheel that is falling all to pieces. If you are traveling alone, you will find it hard to get the cart from the parking lot to the lobby. The doors are not automatics, which makes it hard to keep the door open and push the cart through at the same time. I had the hardest time finding this hotel. Brentwood is a huge business complex area, and this hotel is a good piece off the main road. Be sure to print directions before you go, so that you don't get lost. Once you find the hotel, you realize quickly how nice it is to be free of the noise of traffic and the interstate. The fitness room was small and lack good equipment. However, if you have a gym membership at some of the larger nationwide facilities, you care just about a mile from the larger chains. Overall, it's a great hotel.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The front desk staff were extremely helpful with a difficult situation. The location was quiet, the room was clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we wanted.

we enjoyed the privacy we all had and it was easy to find everything we wanted to see. it seemed like this hotel was only minutes from everywhere. i would stay here again.

I only chose it as I am familiar with the area we were passing through. The pullout sofa for my children was filthy and they had to sleep in the chair. The front desk service was rude as the reservation was supposed to be 2 beds and it only had 1, so the room had to be changed to smoking. The room was descent, but the pull out for the kids was filthy and they had to sleep in chairs.

The Candlewood Suites-Nashville rooms were comfortable, quiet, clean, and a economical. We stayed in the one bedroom- it had a complete kitchen with stove, full refrigerator, dishwasher, and large microwave. The bed was large and very comfortable. The local community is quite affluent- we didn't have an concerns regarding safety or noise. There is also a small store and a DVD borrowing system with family movies in the hotel- altogether a very pleasant place to stay!

Great hotel, nice staff. It is 5 miles from Belmont University which is the reason I have stayed there. Just a very nice hotel, nicely equipped for long stays.

The Candlewood Suites was comfortable and relatively spacious. The kitchenette was well-equipped with a large, convenient counter/desk. The living room was nice, and the bedroom had an additional tv and desk space. The free wired internet was a nice feature. Although we didn't use it, the shop downstairs with snacks was a nice feature.

Its cleanliness. The toilet backed up on 2 successive days and they don't have handicapped smoking rooms. The staff was eager to please and, as I have a walking problem, they retrieved my baggage from my room and took it to my car which is not their job.

The Brentwood, TN Candlewood Suites was beyond our expectations. We travel quite a bit and stay in this area often (we used to live & work in this area). I was really impressed with this hotel. Everything was at our fingertips. Our children were so excited to get back to the hotel room after our other activities! We were able to save money on meals and snack whenever we wanted. We got to watch different shows than our kids and put our clothes away and off the floor. I could go on and on, I have told many people already about our experience there. I have already checked other areas where we will be traveling to find the nearest Candlewood Suites.

Excellent hotel staff. Couldn't find it after a very long day driving. An employee actually cameto me at a McDonald's to lead me to the hotel as I was lost and frustrated. How very kind of them.

Quiet, good location. Small room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great, off the main road but close to anything you wanted to do, or any restaurant you'd like to eat at.

I liked that it had a fitness room, so that I could continue my daily workout while away from home. The room was hard to sleep in. Too much light coming through the window.

Great location, very clean and friendly staff. It's not a 5 star, but excellent for a 2.5-3. This hotel is very clean and the room was very comfortable. I especially liked the bathroom, as it was sufficiently spacious and the water got warm quickly, and the plumbing fixtures worked correctly. I also enjoyed the kitchen area, as it was clean and spacious.

Parking lot. No fresh linens or towels, room cleaned up every 7th day. Not for 2 males, only one bed in whole hotel, no Wi-Fi. Will pass on this hotel and pay double to stay somewhere else. No bargain.

Great room set up and free DVD/VHS rentals. AC could not keep up with heat wave, bed bugs bites. The hotel was nice, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately there was a massive heat wave and from the top floor, it was brutally hot, and the AC could just hover around 85 until the sun went down. I was bitten by something around my head and neck while I was asleep.

In room fridge, microwave and stove. No maid service even for a week long stay. Overall, nice hotel. I always enjoy having a fridge, microwave, and stove in the room. Bed and recliner are very comfortable. No maid service for a week long stay strikes me poorly.

The hotel offered many amenities. Can't think of any negatives. The hotel was kept very clean with many amenities and friendly staff.
