The staff was very nice and eager to help with anything we needed. The hotel is placed in a great location... just minutes away from Boston and just across the street from a mall with restaurants (just what we needed after a long day in the city). The hotel is an extended stay hotel so it was very nice to have a small kitchen area. Also, each room has a VCR/DVD combo w/ the TV. I wish I would have known that because we did not bring any movies. They had this cute little library of many VHS Tapes to borrow while there but there were older movies. The only words of wisdom I would give is maybe to bring your own towels. Their towels are so rough... possibly the worst towels I have ever come in contact with. haha I would defintely book my next stay near Boston with this hotel.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We liked it all! We were very pleased with our stay at Candlewood. It was the first time we had ever stayed at a Candlewood and it was great! The kitchen facility was a big bonus for us. We have already recommended it to others!

Candlewood Suites is located about 20 minutes away from the heart of Boston. It's a nice retreat after a day full of experiencing the city. It's located ontop of a hill and has the local mall just down the road. It was perfect since many restaurants were nearby...Rain Forrest Cafe, Maccaroni Grill, Uno, Cheesecake Factory and Borders a Tex-Mex restaurant, etc. The location was great. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. They were lovely and very accomidating people. For the price it was better than I had expected and perfect for the two of us to stay in while on a mini vacation. I would absolutely go back.

The hotel was in a great location one block to the mall, resturants (Cheesecake Factory, Borders, Chili's, etc.), & theaters. Also it was just down the road from a grocery market. It was easy to find and only around 20 minutes max from the airport and downtown Boston. There was a full kitchen in the room, but the largest bed was only a queen size. They had a nice workout area and a place to wash clothes or you could call the desk for the service to care of your washing needs. Staff was friendly and helpful. This was not the Ritz but it was comfortable, economical, and clean. Great for extended stays. TV & VCR/DVD player in the room and dining area. Internet in the rooms, but no guest computer area provided. Bring your own laptop! We went to Salem, MA...very touristy but worth it. Enjoyed the history that can only be seen in person. Drove up to Salem, NH to see Americas Stonehenge only around 35-40 minutes to get there and loved it. Toured downtown Boston. Just grab a trolly tour map and walk the freedom trail if you are up for it...if not take the trolly it is informative and provides a ride. If driving the Boston area be prepared for rude drivers and horns blasting. Everyone is in a hurry and probably don't have anywhere to go of importance. Other than that the people were friendly and helpful when called upon by us on the trip.

Location, size of room, kitchenette, and laundry facility. Chairs were very dirty with spots on them. Overall had a good experience. This is a nice 2 star hotel with kitchen and ample parking space. Location is excellent-near the mall and freeway. Good for business trips or extended stay. It was a very good value. It would have been perfect if the chairs did not have dirty spots on them.

Clean, comfortable, "homey",and very reasonably priced. This hotel is designed for people with extended stay needs and who are looking for value. I spent 5 days here and it more than met my needs. After a busy day, I was able to come back and relax in my loungechair, cook my own meals, get free internet, do my laundry for free, and workout. The staff was friendly and responsive.

This was a really nice place to come back to at night after touring around Boston all day. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The whole place is quiet and comfortable. The suite was spacious and had a full kitchen. I would rate the bed as excellent for comfort. There was also a recliner for watching TV or reading etc. Downstairs there was a free laundry and gym. The subway into downtown Boston is a short drive by car. There is a very good major mall across the road from the hotel as well as restaurants next door. This all adds up to a lot of value at very reasonable rates - NICE PLACE.

Even if I stayed in small studio room, all things that they provide are convenient and great. The room is very clear and comfort. The kitchen has all of basical facilities so convenient to cook. Also, there are various entertaining places such as burlington mall, several restaurants, book store, and others. Although this hotel is a little far from Boston donwtown, I think it has a good location because of I-93 and I-95 Hwys. Their service is also kind and good. I am very satisfied with the Candlewood Suite in Boston. I felt it like my home during my travel in Boston.

The room is very comfortble, everything in the room is sweet and great. But at weekend, your hotel should offer the hotel shuttle service. It is so not convenience to walk to the hotel when visitors don't have a car.

Fitness room, in hotel store and well equipped kitchen. I have nothing bad to say. I would absolutely recommend. I live out of state and this was a perfect place for me to spend visitation with my kids.

We got a very warm welcome. I would have like a pool on site. it was nice to have a kitchen available and the food pantry was somewhat affordable.

Price. The heating unit was so loud couldn't hearTV or sleep. The heating unit was so loud when it came on that we could not hear the tv. It was nearly impossible to sleep since every time the heater came on we were awaken again. We finally shut it off completely and let the room temperature drop way down to try and get some sleep.

The Candlewood Suites were SWEET, it had a fridge, stove, dishwasher, etc... the room was nice and had comfortable beds however, room service only came every 7 days and we were only there for three, and the hotel is located 17 miles from the downtown boston area. The hotel staff was not very assisting when we needed directions to get downtown. The burlington mall is across the street and the help desk there was able to direct us in the right way.

Location, kitchen area, hotel shopping area. Halls and elevator were not cool. Clean, quiet area, no noise from other guests, popcorn in microwave.

For the price, this hotel is incredible. It almost sits accross from a mall which came really handy when we realised we forgot our camera and needed to buy a new one. First of all we got our first night free when we came a day too early, the person at the front desk was really nice understanding and helpful. The room is just too good to be true. Actually it is a suite, with almost a full kitchen with everything you need, from dishes, cups, stove, microwave, oil...., basically everything. if you don't want to spend too much money at restaurants, you can save by cooking yourself. The bathroom is realy big and nice, the bed and the sheets and blankets really neat and comfortable. Free high speed internet, desk and chairs for business people. the neighborhood and the hotel are really quiet. I could go on and on and on about this hotel and i wouldn't be done. I would recommend it to anybody and if i ever go back to Boston or any area around there, i will be staying there. That hotel just shows that you don't have to pay so much just to get good service, good stay, and travel far.
