The Candlewood Suites is basically a long-term stay facility and as such does not offer daily room make-up and cleaning unless you specifically ask for it. The refrigerator in the room was incredibly noisy - we had to turn it off in order to sleep. The room was plain but functional. We have stayed at other extended stay places before and they were much nicer than this one. Next time we'll spend a little more.

Our hotel room was really inexpensive, yet we felt like we were staying in an expensive room. I do not usually compliment hotel rooms. This hotel however needs to be complemented on. The employees were great to work with and the room was fantastic. My wife and I stayed at this hotel just because of how cheap we got our room. When we got to the room and looked around, both of us was in shock how good the room was. They had a convenient place to buy items you may want in the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone I know. I am sure my wife and I will be happy to stay again. This is the first time I am excited to just get to a hotel, let alone all the attractions around it.

The room was beautiful. The plasma TV was awesome and a surprise. I love the modern style to the hotel and room. Plus the staff were great, especally those on the second shift!

This seemed like a relatively new property. The room was extremely clean, roomy, and nicely decorated, as were the lobby and hallways. We stay at Candlewood Suites frequently, and they are especially nice for a longer stay, because of the kitchenette. We like them for 1 night too, because of the roominess and good value. My husband loves the 24 hour snack shop and the free laundry facilities are great! If you don't need a hotel with a pool or restaurant, we HIGHLY recommend this one!

The room was very comfortable and neat. Internet connection worked perfectly and everything looked new or very clean. I only had two minor problems. The tub was clogged. I told the concierge and she gave us other room. A little uncomfortable, but a good solution overall. The second issue really bothered me. They have system that allows you to take your own food (candies, chips, juices, stuff like that), fill out a form with your room number and pay later. i took a few candy bars and drinks ($4) one night and then I woke early and left. When I came back that day, late and tired, my key wasn't working. the concierge told me they did that because I owed them $4. A silly detail that can totally sour your experience when you are not in the mood. Location is good, but if you need to go downtown plan in advance morning commuters can make that a very unpleasant experience. Neighborhood is good though, not too many stores but if you are driving finding a pharmacy or supermarket doesn't take more than 10 minutes.

A front desk clerk on the day shift on July 23 was very helpful.

We were looking for a decently priced hotel within a short drive from King's Island. This hotel was within 20 minutes from the park and was very nice for the price. The room was clean, well furnished, and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and had a nice duvet rather than your standard hotel "comforter." We were only staying for one night but would gladly use this hotel for longer stays. Very, very please with our stay here.

People where helpful. Did not have pool & other things to do in motel. Just disappointed with things to do in motel.

It is easily accessible from the major highways. The hotel room was suppose to be non smoking but it wasn't. House keeping needs to improve the room smelled of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette buts all over the floor and tables were dusty.

Very clean hotel and nice size room. Would be nice to have a pool. Recommend this hotel. Nice large room equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove etc. Blueash is the best place to stay in Cincy, and this is where this hotel is located.

Nothing. Horrible location. It is the back of a industrial park, no pool, no free amenities (even coffee). I have rented cars, airline flights, and hotels all over the country--this was awful.

This was a fully stocked suite. Did not have a door between bedroom and living area. This hotel is not as well laid out or roomy as the Homestead suites down the road but still offered a very comfortable stay at a great price.

Clean, comfortable bed. Only had 1 queen size bed available per room and bad location. I would not recommend this hotel unless I was traveling alone. My needs are with 2 beds. Therefore, this was unsatisfactory.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Only one bed! There were three female adults. One tried to sleep in the recliner. Very nice facility with nice staff. We used the free video/cd library, got map quest assistance to a nearby attraction, etc. Had a problem with a stopped up toilet that was not cleared when I plunged it (I asked for the use of a plunger.) But when it was not clear, there was no maintenance staff to do anything further. We were offered another room but we didn't change in the middle of the night. I was disappointed to find the room only had one bed and a recliner instead of a sofa since the facility was in all suites, but we made due for one night. I wish there was a way on the criteria page to be specific about needs for more than one double bed. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the facility.

It was very comfortable and like home. Also centrally located for the activities we were participating in. I would have rather had a pull out than the recliner. I thought the hotel was excellent for the price. I will stay at the candlewood suites again.
