I booked late after missing a deadline at a conference hotel. Booking was easy, staff was friendly, the location was very convenient, and the accommodations were all that I needed. I didn't miss the conference hotel experience at all. I'd be happy to stay again.

Hotel was clean, and about 10years old, good location, very friendly people. New about 10years old, clean very important, in a good location, on and off interstate very easy, and very friendly staff.

Overall the stay was perfect! we loved the beds and the spacious rooms. However, we were a bit disappointed on the service chage of $30 that we did not know about. That was the only bad thing about this place. Lucikly we had family in town so they were able to assist us with this. Otherwise we would have not stayed there.

Good location, inside hallways with key entry, felt safe. Staff was helpful. Even though I was alone I felt safe. Room was clean. Nice towels. Room was not large but arranged conveniently. It was quiet.

I was very satisfied with the hotel.I really appreciated the fact that NO ONE bothered me.Unlike no other hotel that I have stayed at before there was no noise. Because the hotel provided cleaning once a week there was no maids knocking on my door asking if I was ready to check out.Customers were allowed to get additional linen/towels at the front desk if needed. I also loved the location. There were many stores within walking distance of the hotel including my favorite store Super Walmart. Everything was really nice.

Very clean, staff friendly. No pool, and has a honor bar instead of breakfast bar. Clean, has microwave, full size refrigerator, cook top, and dishwasher, good for extended stay, does have a fitness room, no pool. enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and orderly. Coffee pot worked and the shower did too. Good value for the price. I have stayed in a lot worse and paid more. The staff was courteous. There was no road noise at the room I stayed in.

The bed, and kitchenette. Could smell smoke through the halls.

My experiendce at this hotel was as I expected. No suyrprises. In fact, when the national bowling tournament comes to Al;buquerque next year, I will make my reservations at Candlewood early!

The room was excellent. The kitchenette made the stay extra enjoyable. The mattress on the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. Excellent room. Fully equipped kitchen was a luxury for our family. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly as well. Will definitely be staying at this hotel next time we visit Albuquerque.

Window seals were compromised and had moisture between panes. Spacious, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable above the levels expected. I won't even look for a different hotel when I visit Albuquerque again.

It was awesome, fully equipped kitchenette, free wash and dryer available, HBO, clean and friendly service, Wal-Mart within walking distance. Nothing, it was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel, it was clean and if one wanted to save money on food and not eat out all the time, it had a cute kitchenette that had a nice stove, fridge, microwave, dishes, pots and pans silverware, glasses and cups. Comfortable bed, and it was clean. Staff was friendly, microwave popcorn was in the microwave waiting to be popped, dish soap and stuff to wash the dishes, paper towels etc.

Great location to get around Albuquerque. No fulltime clerk after hours. The room was nice and large. The furniture was new.

Front desk agent was unaccommodating when my room was wrong. I stay at Candlewood suites alot. This was the worst one-did not get a suite like I have in other cities.

It felt like I had my own furnished appartment. I could cook, watch movies, etc. Very nice extended stay. I had everything I needed to have a home away from home. There was even a free BBQ on Wednesday. Night where the residents could mingle.

Bed was very comfortable, work area well done. Wanted to have a minimal breakfast & pool or hot tub was available. Very well maintained and nicely appointed rooms. Roomy bath, kitchen facilities & in room business area. Expensive snack food pantry and no breakfast was available. Laundry is handy. Many restaurants were nearby. Entrance is a bit tricky. It is just right for long term stays.

The kitchen facilities were quite good and helpful. The front desk person, specifically was a really not nice on several occasions. Customer service of all staff was extremely sub-par, and in fact, was overtly hostile starting with a phone call for directions, check-in, interaction based on staying an extra day on the weekend (they/she acted as if I had committed a felony - there was plenty of room at the Inn and I was perfectly cordial on my end), a request to simply empty the trash containers which were full "there is a dumpster outside. Here, you can have some extra liners. That from the maid. In short, the staff was simply horrific. Worst I have seen. And, I told them when I signed in that I was going to get engaged in their hotel room, with a big smile on my face. No response. No congrats, nothing offered except "we do not do anything for special occasions with a completely flat facial expression." Should have stayed at the Motel 6 down the street for 43.99/night.

Room with full kitchen. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. It was good but bed and pillow uncomfortable.

Absolutely wonderful room layout. The bathroom was a delight. Wish it had a pool! With spacious rooms and a relatively well stocked kitchenette, this is the perfect place to stay. This was one of the relaxing stays I have had at a hotel. The smoking rooms were kept pleasantly far from the non-smoking rooms, so everything smelled fresh and clean.
