Located close to restaurants, great shopping, short distance from major attractions and sporting events. Easy access to interstate, quiet, and great value.

I liked the appliances for cooking and the grills outside. I was nuder the impressionI had reserved a suite. Very good but showing signs of age. Worn carpet, not as bright in general.

We stayed for six day while visiting family. We had a one bedroom suite and it was quite spacious for two adults and one cat. The amenities were fine and the kitchen was well stocked with pans etc if we would have wanted to cook. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom linens nice. It was a very quite location although it is also very close to many shopping and eating options. The staff we dealt with were very nice. We really appreciated the pet friendly nature of the lodgings including the magnet you could put on the outside of your door to let others know you had a per in the room. We will definitely stay again

Room was spacious and relatively clean. Reserved a Non-Smoking room. Desk clerk says company policy for internet reservations is "you get what we got". Since it was late at night and no other motels were available, we settled for a Smoking Suite. And it was truly a Smoking Room. Stank to high heaven; even allegedly fresh towels reeked of smoke. We kept all of our clothes in our travel bags. Unfortunately, the smoke smell came through. We stunk of cigarette fumes the whole day.Bed was comfortable. Small TV worked fine in bedroom. Larger TV in sitting room was very fuzzy. Bathroom was clean, except for smoky towels. It was a shame. Motel is relatively new and upkeep seems fine. But, unless you are a smoker, be prepared to smell like one.

Hotel was great for the price and had plenty of room. Very clean and close to the interstate and Burgettstown to go see Dave Matthews Band in concert. Very close to eating and places to shop. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Got my money's worth. Dirty carpets; wouldn't sit in arm chair. Dirty.

Candlewood Suites is a little difficult to find, which may help to explain their surprisingly low rates. The hotel is tucked away in the middle of a vast commercial district off Route 60 and is almost invisible from the road. After passing Best Buy, Starbucks, Target, Circuit City and dozens of other stores, you almost despair of finding the place and become convinced you're in the wrong neighborhood. But once you get there, the hotel is just fine. The rooms are fairly plush and comfortable -- geared toward business travelers, the hotel features rooms that are like small apartments, with refrigerator/freezers, microwave ovens, kitchen sinks and, best of all, armchairs. The bed we slept in was very comfortable, and the bathroom was more than adequate. Rooms have CD/DVD players to supplement the rather limited selection of TV channels. The CD/DVD library doesn't offer very much, so bring your own favorite music and movies. It's a fairly short drive to downtown Pittsburgh and PNC Park or Heinz Field, if you're in town to see the Pirates or Steelers. There's no restaurant on site, but plenty of places to eat nearby.

We truly enjoyed ourselves for our first stay in the city and our first stay in the hotel. Beds were very comfortable and rooms very homely. Excellent stay!

This extended stay hotel is very clean and maintained well. Hotel staff is friendly and they made my late night checkin simple and easy. The hotel has lot of fast food joints and grocery stores within walking distance which makes up for the limited dining options in the hotel. Great value for the Money.

Fully furnished with kitchen. Would be good for long stay. For extended stay. House keeping only cleans once a week. Good for business traveler or family on a budget.

I didn't know what to expect from Candlewood, but I was pleasantly suprised. It wasn't overdone, but had everything you could need.

The Candlewood suite was ok for the money for a one night stay.It had no on site dining and they only clean the room every seven days if you stay that long.

The Candlewood Inn and Suites, by Pittsburgh International Airport was a great place to stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and check-in/check-out was quick. The room was neat and clean! The man at the front desk asked me if I was interested in watching a movie or two...They offer free DVDs for viewing in your room on your in-room DVD player. Overall the stay was great and I will stay there again if I'm in Pittsburgh or the vicinity!

The staff was very friendly. The facility was very clean and well together. I could not access the internet. A wireless set up would be a good addition. A very comfortable and clean hotel that would ease any weary traveler. Staff friendliness was above what I expected. The only down side was the lack of wireless internet. DSL was available however the cord and the modem were malfunctioning. However, the internet service provider and the hotel staff made a good effort to resolve the problem.

The Candlewod Suite hotel was very comfortable and evrything was handy; e.i, drive ti Downtown Pitt, to the airport, we could get anything we needed from the little grocery at any time. Quite good!

I really enjoyed the honor pantry. AC unit was louder then most places I stay. I really enjoyed the Candlewood Suites. The hotel didn't have any over the top amenities but rather focused on doing the basics very well and keep the hotel a very good value. One unique feature was the Pantry. The hotel has a key accessed room that is stocked with all sorts of food, dinners, drinks that the guest can take and either leave money in the honor box or have it charged to the room. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay and I would most certainly recommend it to other like travelers.

The Candlewood Suites was a very comfortable hotel for our stay in Pittsburgh. It was our first time there, and we chose the right hotel. The suites were equipped with a full kitchen, which was great for us to refridgerate our beverages. The room was very clean. Even though they offer weekly housekeeping, we didn't mind since we rarely like have housekeeping coming in anyways with all our things there unattended. They even have free washer & dryers, which was very helpful since it rained during our time there, so doing a load of laundry was great. The staff was very friendly. They have a cupboard full of choices from drinks, frozen entrees, ice cream, and toiletries for reasonable prices. There are plenty of dining options around, a 24 hr Walmart, a Target, BestBuy, Ikea...pretty much everything since there's a few shopping centers RIGHT there less then a minute away. Overall, a really GREAT stay!
