This hotel wouldn't honor their own vouchers for Internet. I booked through BookIt and the hotel stated "free breakfast and free Internet". NOT TRUE! When we got there they told us they didn't provide free breakfasts or Internet. When I showed them my reservation and one manage saw it, they reluctantly gave us breakfast and Internet vouchers. One of the Internet vouchers' code didn't work. When I presented it to another manager he wouldn't honor it by giving us a replacement!! He was absolutely rude! I will never stay here again. They are not an honorable hotel!

We stayed here for 7 nights. This is a great place if you don't mind staying a few miles off the strip. Shuttle service is provided, but driving is very easy as well. The pool area was spectacular to look at, but January weather was too cold to enjoy. The suites were large with all the amenities you could possibly need. I would highly recommend this resort to those of you who do not need to stay in the thick of things.

This hotel is a boutique hotel designed in a Mexican motif. It was clean, the price was right, and the accommodations were good. The tile floor is a little bit awkward as when going from tile to carpet, there's about a half inch drop off. In the middle of the night, you could be thrown off balance. The balcony was nice; however, the sliding glass door did not lock and the pin they have provided to secure to door could have been shaken out by an intruder. The sliding glass doors need replacement as significant road-noise can be heard from the road. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The comfort of the beds was OK. The apartment contained one king-size bed, one twin, and one full-size futon. There were two bathrooms and a kitchen. There is no vending machines located on-site; however, there is a restaurant in the parking lot and a Ralph's grocery store across the street. There are several other restaurants within walking distance. The on-site restaurant is a Mexican-style restaurant does provide free continental breakfast with the typical food choices. Overall, good value and good stay. Would recommend.

It was pretty good, my kids enjoyed the pool with four different slides and a waterfall, the depth of pool ranges from 3 & 1/2-5 ft. not that crowded lots of employees though roaming around the pool loved the whirlpool oversized tub in master bedroom kitchen was tiny but fully equipped and functional only complaint is that it did not have a washer and dryer like other timeshares i've stayed in overall, if you're traveling with kids, it is a descent place to stay, definately worth the money under *. for a fully eqipped sweet, can't beat that i only saw two hammocks quick check in and out staff was pretty good.

I can honestly say that I enjoyed my stay at the Cancun resort. I went with a freind and we booked the two bedroom suite. First of all it was really like a two bedroom villa we each had our own bathroom and spa bathtub we had a hard time leaving the room. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and a dishwasher. Oh dont forget the patio. I will definitely stay again. It is located at the end of the strip but really close to airport and the strip is super accessible.

My husband and I were very disappointed with the resort. From the moment I walked into the resort I noticed the carpet in the main lobby was stained and in places torn , the check in staff was not intrested in what they were doing. When we attempted to use the concierge one of the two women working that desk advised she could only assist if it would take less than 30 seconds... she had to go to lunch. The room was in bad shape. It appears someone had previously kicked the walls and the housekeeping staff did not think it was appropriate or important to remove all wall stains. The furniture was outdated and appeared to be dirty. The blankets provided appeared to be at least 25 years old , It was simply gross I noticed I had numerous bug bites all over my arms.! I was hard to believe it existed in looking at the current state of the Las Vegas location. The resort had only one venue for food and that was pretty poor as well.

we enjoyed cancun resort & spa as it was away from the crowds and gambling of the strip. cab fare if necessary was about 17.00 for four people from the strip. we also used the shuttle from the strip as it ran back and forth to the strip from 12:00pm to 12:00am.grocery store across the street and we enjoyed cooking in our two bedroom condo. we were two couples and we liked the set up as we each had bedroom and bath on opposite sides of the condo so it felt like we had our own suite for privacy.i would stay here again if i come back to las vegas. we are not big gamblers and the crowds on the strip were nice to visit but also nice to escape to the quiet tropical setting cancun resort has to offer. the concierge were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. nice resort !

Most pleasant stay. We were here from 11/29 to 12/6 & could not have asked for a better experiience. The large pool was closed for the season, but the smaller pool (with water slides) was open. We were informed that we would not have housekeeping service until the 4th day of our stay, but fronm the second day on, our beds were made, floors were cleaned, & we were provided with fresh towels. I requested a room as high as possible & was rewarded with a top (8th) floor room facing the strip. GREAT VIEW! The kitchen was small but adequate, with a gas stove (my preference over electric) & a few utensiles. Since this is also a time share condo, we were offered some "comps" if we would take their tour. We declined, & that was the end of it. No pressure. We had a two bedroom suite. Each bathroom had a jetted tub, real nice for soaking out the kinks from all the walking we did.

The atmospher was very family friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and thanks to the availability of the shuttle we were close enough to the strip to enjoy the sights. Would stay here again.

We traveled to Las Vegas to attend an event at the Thomas & Mack, with plenty of leisure time surrounding our scheduled activities. We aren't gamblers, nor are we much into the club scene but we did enjoy easy access to the sights and people-watching (there's plenty!) on the Strip, and the nearby shopping can't be beat. Starbucks and a grocery store are across the street, and a HUGE outlet mall is just a few blocks away. Our 2 bedroom/2 bath plus kitchen unit was spacious and clean, with tasteful furnishings and plenty of room around the dining table for six. The kitchen had all the pots/pans/utensils we could ask for (even Tupperware!) and was large enough for two chefs. The only downside was because they put in a full and not counter-depth fridge, you had to open the door to the fridge to open the dishwasher. We laughed about it and took it in stride. The baths were both large, and both had whirlpool tubs--hardly necessary given the two large swimming pools and choice of several jacuzzi's outside, plus the 4 waterslides. Lots of lounge chairs... only thing missing there is the cabana boy to rub in my sunscreen. Only real problem was lack of Internet connection. The WiFi signal would come and go (as in 0 to 5 bars), and when it went, I'd lose my connection and IP address. Tech support could not provide a solution--the Internet bridge only converted their wavering signal to Ethernet, which still was an on-off signal that kept kicking me off the network. I finally gave up and went to Starbucks when I needed to go online. There was no Ethernet/wired option.

We were immediately impressed with the cleanliness of our 2 bedroom villa. IT was spacious, well decorated, and super clean (soo important, we have a very young child). Having the full kitchen is really great wheb you have a fussy little eater. Bring a good frying pan or some non stick spray. they have dishes, and pots, but none of the pots and pans are non stick. The pool was beautiful, but the pool heater was apparently not working...brrrrrr. A very few minor complaints, but defintely a Wonderful value for a very nice resort.

I booked this hotel for my mom and her sister. I had already stayed here and knew she would just love it. Of course, my mom and her sister were awed! They loved being able to get away from it all and have their own "little apartment" They said a new Vegas Outlet opened next door and they spent over 7 hours in there and didn't finish walking all of it.They found it very easy to use the shuttle to the strip and then just use the double decker buses to get around and then take the shuttle back to the hotel. My mom will know try to convince her husband to take a trip back with her and stay at the hotel for at least a week!

This was just a one night stay to get closer to the airport. The room was just too nice for that short of a stay.

We stayed for 1 whole week and loved it! The pool was great, we just wished we had more time to enjoy it, we were on the go all the time. We stayed at the 2 bedroom villa, and our 2 kids each had their own bed (living room sofa converts into quite comfortable bed). We took advantage of the fridge-after a while eating out gets old! We all loved it and would stay again. Beware: unless you own timeshare, they will hit you on your first day to go to a presentation. It is not just 90 min, more like 3 hours. But we were OK. We didn't buy, but we were given money certificates for Planet Hollywood, and Shark reef at Mandalay Bay. And the kids loved it!!!

It's so nice to be so close to the strip but be able to come home and relax poolside with peace and quiet. The rooms are more like little apartments with everything you need to make your own meals and even do some laundry if necessary. I would highly recommend it!

I was at this resort for 4 days, and I can tell that my wife and kids loved the place. It is the best place if you are traveling with kids. The pool area is were my kids had fun with waterslides
