The Canadian Rockies Chalets Canmore is located near the area’s major ski resorts and just five minutes from Banff National Park. Canmore is a quiet town in the heart of the Canadian Rockies and offers an array of recreational activities such as fishing, mountain biking, hiking and golfing, as well as various restaurants and quaint shops.

Located on the main access road to downtown Canmore and at the base of prime skiing, the Canadian Rockies Chalets Canmore is approximately 32 miles away from the major airport in Calgary.

The Canadian Rockies Chalets Canmore is comprised two- and three-bedroom chalets that feature fully equipped kitchens with stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers and microwave ovens. Dial-up Internet access is complimentary and each unit is equipped with cable television and premium channels. Each unit also features a balcony or patio, a living room with double sofa bed, and an ample storage area.

The Canadian Rockies Chalets Canmore is a complex of self-catering chalets. The resort features a jetted tub and a fireplace in the lobby. Business services and modern amenities such as Internet access points in the public areas are also available. Guests of the property can also use the barbeque grills that are on site.

The accomodations were clean and spacious. The location gave us easy access to Banff and the surrounding park, hiking and scenery. The rooms were beautifully appointed and homey. It was definitely the best place we stayed during our 2 week trip to Canada. And the prices were quite affordable. I will definitely return again.

A very nice place, convenient, beautiful location. We could here the people walking around upstairs however so it was a bit noisy.

Hotel is showing signs of wear & tear - needs a facelift. Right next to railroad tracks and therefore quite noisy - busy road on the other side, so there is no getting away from the noise. Very spacious for the money, but rather dark and the "mountain" views were limited at best. I wouldn't stay here again.

Clean, spacious, friendly staff. 2 bedroom suite was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. We only stayed one night but would definitely return. Just note that the hotel is located right next to the train tracks (as are many in Canmore). We definitely heard the trains but it did not bother us.

The units are 2 and 3 bedroom, with kitchens and eating area. Great for families. Within easy walking distance of groceries, shops and restaurants.

We were there to celebrate a birthday. Rented a 3 bedroom Cougar Chalet for ourselves, two grown up children and their partners. It was perfect - we had lots of space and were able to enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the room the next morning. Lots of excellent restaurants close by. Very good value for the money spent.

The rooms were extra large. Too close to railroad tracks. The room was clean the staff were pleasant and accomodating.

From my room I could see the beautiful mountain view. The mountains seem very very close and the proximity to them makes me feel and appreciate the grandeur and majesty of God's creation. The first time we stayed at the chalet we were billeted at the back where we could see the train tracks and hear the train coming. This time our rooms were facing the road and we therefore could no longer hear the train coming which was good for us! My only complaint is they don't provide slippers. A pair of inexpensive disposable slippers would have been great.
