This hotel / old apartment complex has got a long way to go to entice customers. While you see a sign in the suggesting there are ongoing upgrades, we did not see any. This place is old and it shows. From bent aluminum window frames to dents in the wall, I would not consider this to be a 3 star location. However, they do know how to charge, including high room rates to an additional cost for parking per day. Perhaps it is a premium to be close to the university and hospital, but next time in Edmonton, we will stay at a different location. One positive note, the staff were friendly. Guess they have to be to make up for everything else that is less than adequate at the Campus Towers.

Travelocity cites "extra amenities" as part of it's 3 star recommendation. THERE IS NOT A SINGLE EXTRA AMENITIY IN THIS HOTEL, AND NOT EVEN A SINGLE EXPECTED AMENITY. No restaurant, a creaky elevator, dingy lobby...this is not a three star hotel by anyone's measure. The photo on the ad has been changed after I complained vehemently that it looked nothing lihe the actual hotel. Travelocity has lost a customer because if this is how they rate a three star hotel, they have zero credibility.
