Breakfast and location. Our room was dark, no sunshine through window. Loved the hotel. It was hard to get in and out of the hotel and back onto the main road. We always had to go one way and then turn around. But everything else was great.

The hotel is clean and with reasonable price. It provides free breakfast and complimentary shuttle service to airport (9am - 9pm). We had an early flight to catch, and the staff help us reserve a cab and the service is also complimentary. We will recommend this hotel to those we'd like to visit Silicon Valley. The location is great. It takes only 5-10mins to Campbell downtown, which is a lovely area. Right next to the hotel is a big shopping plaza with stores/restaurants like Trader Joe's, Marshalls, Outback, Le Boulanger, etc. Very convenient!

They turned off the water in the middle of the night with-out telling us. (we just turned on the water and nothing came out) Called the front desk and were told they had a plumer working on the pipes but would not be back on till after check-out. When you are in town on business you need to be able to shower etc. to meet people. They made no attempt to resolve the issue with us. Told us to contact hotel booking agent to get compensation. booking agent told us their was nothing they could do because the hotel manager refused to compensate us. I would never do business with any of them again. The hotel is right next to the freeway and you can hear it all night. I cannot imagine this hotel ever getting a positive review. The lobby is very clean and inviting but the decor of the rooms is extremely outdated. Even had I not had this experience I would not have ever stayed here again due to many more reasons too crude to mention in mixed company.

This hotel was not only a dump. My wife and sister-in-law were upset about the entire facility and decided that they would find another place to stay for the weekend.

We stayed here for business travel. The staff we dealt with were great. I have to say the pool and the nearby attractions are the main reasons to stay. The inn is older and our room desperately needed updating, but everything was clean and comfortable. We opted for the Deluxe room, as it was much bigger and we were staying for several days. We loved the extra space and enjoyed being poolside. The rooms are outside access, 2 stories with an elevator. The breakfast was good, eating poolside enhanced the experience. The only downside to our visit was the hot tub was out of order. But our room had a jacuzzi tub, so we were okay using that instead to relax. They rent bicycles too, for use on a 16 mile track that goes right past the hotel. We didn't get to use them, but would definitely stay here again and make sure to plan on adding that to our agenda!

My in-laws from Japan stayed in this hotel. The room was infested with bees, about 10 showed up per day. Because of a language barrier, this message could not be communicated to the staff. Afterwards, I called to complain, and was told nothing could be done because 1) I prepaid and 2) They didn't believe me. The manager went so far as to tell me they WOULDN'T be checking the room to make sure it didn't happen to other guests!
