Liverpool City of Culturearrived back from brilliant Leonard Cohen concert to find bar closes at 11pm,not a sociable hotel,but otherwise quite good

This place is just fine. I only stayed one night and even then only for a few hours, but the room was nice and clean (it's in a different building to reception and bar) and there was a nice friendly lad on the desk. Well located just beside Albert Dock

Basic, no-frills, clean and good locationBrilliant Location, basic room but was all that was needed for this overnight stay. Room good size and clean. Would definitely stay again. Only downside - no where secure to leave bags but other than that good value for money.

"You get what it says on the tin" with this motel/hotel. It serves its purpose. Clean, accessible and certainly gives value for money. It's a little bit down the road from the main attractions but when the weather's good they are easily walkable. Didn't eat there as we had a prior engagement. Free parking -a godsend. A MacD accross the road for brekki and a good view of part of the Docks. Would stay again.

Campanile hotel, Liverpool, great Location.Very clean & friendly hotel in a perfect location for both the Albert docks and the city centre, would definitely book again if I were to stay in Liverpool, just one small critiscm, the room was very warm.

A nostalgic trip revisiting Liverpool after 30 years. The hotel was in an excellent location for walking and the car park was free! We arrived early, hot and sticky and reception were really accommodating and changed our room so that we could change before we set off to explore. Kathy in the dining room was particularly pleasant with all of the diners and her sister in reception was extremely efficient, pleasant and accommodating. All of the staff we met were pleasant and welcoming. The room, overlooking the dock was very pleasant and it all made for a really lovely experience. Thank you

Nice locationLovely Hotel, great comfortable beds, with friendly helpful staff....... Unfortunatley we could not check in until 2pm and had to leave our luggage in an unsecured room!

Campanile HotelNice enough hotel. Basic Accomodation and pretty clean room, although not the most modern furnishings. Nice location and handy for docks area, but I thought that it was a bit pricey for what you get. (Â£80 for one night)

Basic but perfectly adequateGood location for the Albert Dock and a walk into the town centre - particularly now that Liverpool 1 extends so far down to the dock. Nothing fancy, but pleasant staff, clean and comfortable.

Campanile concert stayWe stayed for one night instead of travelling home after a concert at the Echo Arena. This hotel is only 5 minutes walk away so very handy. It is a budget hotel so - no frills. However it was Ok - clean and friendly and the bar was useful after the concert ! I would stay again in similar circumstances.

I think for £75 breakfast would have been nice.Friendly staff and helpful cleaning staff. The room and bathroom were good for the price, it would seem more environmentally friendy to have less waste, such as reusable glasses and soap in a dispenser that can be filled.

Excellent hotel for group of friends or couples. Close to city center. Staff are excellent . Breakfast was very good and plenty to eat. Ideal for a city break. Will definately stay here again .

short stay breaksThe Hotel is very well situated for visiting Liverpool. It 'does what it says on the tin'.Unlike other hotels in the city centre, we didn't experience any problems with noise in the early hours of Sunday morning.
