Very nice and clean. Staff very helpful. Convenient to public transit. The 15 foot walls around the entire compound make you feel safe. I highly recommend. Upgrade to premium rooms worth the money.

We went downtown to a musium and shopped. It was close to a mall which we walked to and shopped. It was difficult to communicate with staff the needs at times. My room did not have proper lighting. The hot water seemed to be turned off later in the evening so after 9:00 p.m. you got a luke warm shower. When room service was called they didn't understand and brought a bottle of water.

Mold on bathroom ceiling in one small area. Not enough lights in room rather dark. Very pleasant helpful staff. Beautiful common areas, outdoor dining.

It is a good hotel. Staff are friendly and co-operative. But there is room for improvement. For example, they could install a parallel telephone connection in the bathroom. Provide a welcome tequila drink! Etc. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

It's an older hotel that has ben remodeled. The room I stayed in, the carpet was so dirty it stained my white socks black. The bathroom plumbing was leaking, and they couldn't get it to stop. I was never offered to switch rooms until my check out. Maybe it was just one bad experience out of a ton of good. I recommend you request one of the newer rooms.

The first thing I noticed about the Camino Real was that they had very courteous and respectful employees. The bellperson gave me information without having to be asked. For example, he informed me that there were two pools with different water temperatures and that there is a buffet served every morning. The room had a very comfortable kingsize bed and a balcony with two patio chairs and a small table. There was adequate closet space for two and included an iron with stand. The evenings seemed very peaceful and quiet. Also, a shopping mall was within walking distance.

Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Wi-Fi was connectivity was poor. Unique location in Guadalajara with comfortable facilities and well manicured grounds. Rooms are spacious and surprisingly well appointed. Staff is very friendly, though it can be difficult to find an English speaker when you need assistance.

The location and the beds were comfortable. The room was filthy and noisy. The hotel is located in the perfect part of town for our travels; however, the floor of the room was filthy, not just dirty- filthy. They were working with noisy equip outside our room and there were bugs in the room. The front desk staff was not very helpful. We will never stay in this hotel again. The only good thing was the beds were comfortable.

The Camino Real Guadalajara is a very nice hotel, the rooms are very confortable and has a terrace that makes you enjoy the hotel gardens. The staff is very friendly and the food is very good. This hotel is close the one of the best shopping malls and restaurants. I would recomend this hotel for business or pleassure.
