The hotel location and grounds were beautiful and very relaxing. We enjoyed sitting by the pool and taking in the sun and great view of Camelback Mountain. While there were a lot of children at the pool, it still was a nice, relaxing day. Later that evening we had dinner at Rita's Kitchen, which was great. We the moved into the R Bar for drinks on the beautiful patio.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort was very clean and room service was excelent. It was my first time in AZ with my 9 year old daughter who can not wait to return to this wonderful resort. The pool was not crowded and open 24 hours which made it nice to go there late at night. The restaurant close to the pool made it convenient by serving snacks until midnight while at the pool. My daughter and I can not wait to return. Everything was at the resort that anyone would need-gift shops, restaurants, room service, pool, beautiful scenery, and so much more... I strongly recommend this resort to anyone visitng Phoenix, AZ.

The Camelback Inn was extremely relaxing. Great setting in between Camelback and Mummy Mountains in the center of town. The property is currently under some construction which limited access to some amenities, but the staff and service were great.

Beautiful grounds. Musty smell in the room. Beautiful unique hotel, loved roaming around the property. Kids enjoyed playing golf, on the mini course and putting green. Great places to take photos of the family.

Upscale experience across the board. Pool was wonderful, but did not have as much to offer for children. This hotel lives up to the quality and standards that you would expect from a JW Marriott. Exceptional service, great food, and beautiful setting. I was traveling with three year old and the hotel met all of our needs. She loved the pool area, but it did not offer some of the amenities that other JW Marriott's now offer (lazy rivers, slides, etc.).

Loved the growns, flowers and wonderful music at night - it was lovely! Camel Back is what you think of when you think of the south west - old meets modern with the low rise buildings and yet updated lounge, restruants and lobby. The fragrant flowers and shrubs are wonderful perfume that greet you as soon as you step out of your vehicle and the staff is right there to greet you and take you to your room - it's not up an elevator but spread out over acres. Truly a wonderful self contained get away.

The grounds were beautiful. The hotel was perfect. The grounds were beautiful, the hotel was elegant but comfortable. Even though there were a lot of people there, the feeling was of being in our own special place. My partner told me he thought this was the nicest place we have ever stayed. He's right!

Most beautiful resort I have been too. This resort was amazing. The landscape of the property had the most exotic flowers and plants that scented the grounds. Immaculate!

Great resort, bungalows, super spa, beautiful surroundings. Pool was unspectacular, and limited restaurants. Beautiful resort with mountains everywhere. Romantic rooms with impeccable turndown at night and superior customer service.

Spa and amenities were wonderful and so was the staff. The first room we were placed into was not clean. The hotel property was beautiful; the spa was great too! The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and willing to go out of their way for each patron. We were placed into a double bed room which was not even clean upon arrival. However, we did ask the next AM to be moved and were moved right away. Overall, the hotel was nice, but I will look for a better deal next time.

Absolutely loved the turn-down service! Would like for the gym to have longer hours. It did not open early enough and closed to early! Enjoyed my stay. Would have liked to utilize the gym more often but could not because of short operating hours.
