Due to my hectic job I hardly ever find the time to go on a leisurely vacation with my family. This time I finally decided to give ourselves a break and headed to San Diego. And in the calm environment of the California Suites Hotel, I could relax and connect with myself. The serene surroundings, the peaceful environment was truly a wonderful break from our daily mundane lives. Our room was well furnished and very clean which is hard to find in many hotels nowadays. And not to forget, we really enjoyed the large warm pool in the hotel. It was a great place to relax. The one week we spent there helped us all to really have a great time together after a long long time. I would recommend this hotel to all families.

I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt services and the hospitality of California Suites Hotel. The rooms don’t have that WOW factor but they are clean and well-furnished. The other services are of pretty high standards considering that it is a budget hotel. Plus, this centrally located San Diego hotel is just minutes from the airport and other popular destinations. If you are on a budget vacation and looking for a good friendly hotel, then this hotel is a safe bet.

We just returned after spending 2 marvelous weeks in the gorgeous San Diego. Everything went very smoothly and we had an excellent spring vacation. The California Suites Hotel where we stayed during our holiday was perfect for our needs. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day whereas the large swimming pool was the best place for unwinding after a hectic day of sightseeing. Everything was satisfactory and we will recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed at California Suites Hotel a few times in the last one year as I travel to San Diego often. The best thing about the hotel is the breakfast which includes a delicious spread of muffins, cheese, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and many more tempting delicacies. Plus, the rooms are smartly furnished with all the necessary first-class facilities like internet, voice mail, microwave and refrigerator. One good thing about it is the occasional discounts one can get on room rates. All I can say is every time I stayed here, I enjoyed it. In fact, I am beginning to call it my second home. :)

I have been to San Diego a couple of times, once on business and once for an outing all by myself. But this time I truly enjoyed my stay. I had chosen California Suites Hotel primarily because of its location. And I was pleasantly surprised to get a bundle of added services I hadn’t expected in the rates that the hotel charged. About added services, I must mention the great breakfast and internet access in my room. The staff was friendly and caring and the services were good. I might have to come to San Diego again in June on business and my first preference would be California Suites Hotel.

Staying at the California Suites Hotel in San Diego was a good experience. We travel a lot and have stayed frequently at hotels and motels. Some are excellent, some average, and some deplorable. California Suites Hotel was impressive to say the least. In short, food was great, ambiance peaceful and services good given the reasonable rates. The best part was the clean, comfortable rooms which had everything you may need. On our next trip to San Diego, we won’t have to search for a hotel. We know where to stay.

Just got back from San Diego after a fabulous weekend with my family. It’s my habit to plan everything in advance so I looked at MANY hotels before I decided upon California Suites Hotel. The location was good - right in the middle of the city, close to the airport, restaurants and shops etc. Overall the hotel was much more than what I expected.

After reading some positive reviews on the net, I chose to stay at the California Suites Hotel in San Diego. But frankly, I was a little skeptical. But once I checked in, I found that the reviews were true. The hotel indeed is a good choice for staying in San Diego. The rooms are clean and have everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The pool is great. Besides, it’s close to the airport, all the great tourist spots and the beaches. And need I mention the superb breakfast! All said, a great place to stay without spending a fortune.

I booked California Suites Hotel by reading some good reviews about it on the net. Frankly, for the money it cost me, the services were excellent. My room was clean and comfortable, the view from the window was fantastic, the free breakfast was great and the large swimming pool was a nice surprise. I would say it is one of the best budget hotels that I have ever stayed in.

I stayed at the California Suites Hotel with a friend during our last holiday in San Diego. The room in which we stayed was great and it was exactly what we were looking for. It was a clean, well located, nicely staffed hotel with splendid view. Usually in the evening, we used to sip some champagne after a good swim in the big pool. And as far as price is concerned it was in fact quite economical.

Since I had relocated to San Diego for my new job, I stayed at California Suites Hotel for over a couple of months. The best part about the hotel was its home like ambiance and my well equipped room which had everything I needed. There was a fast Internet connection, voice mail, a microwave, a mini-fridge, phone, etc. Besides, the rates were affordable and did include some other services such as a weekly maid service and some great breakfast. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was located near to my new workplace. For an extended stay package, it was good value for money.

We stayed at California Suites Hotel for two weeks on our San Diego vacation. We chose this hotel for its location – its right in the heart of San Diego from where commuting was easy and convenient. I would describe the hotel as comfortable, not luxurious but with a home like ambiance. Its pleasant and quiet. The staff was welcoming, the food great, and the warm swimming pool was a nice place for a refreshing swim. Good value for money, must say.

I had a limited budget and was looking for a decent place to stay. My brother suggested California Suites Hotel and I booked the room purely on his recommendation. But I must say I was surprised at the level of professionalism shown by the hotel staff. They were quite responsive, acted to any query fast and at the same time very friendly. Moreover I also got 15% off on my 2 night stay there. On the whole it was a good, comfortable stay.

Wherever I go, the first thing that I look in a hotel is the cleanliness. California Suites Hotel was a quite a surprise in that respect. There was nothing extraordinary about the rooms but they were spotlessly clean, something that many a time is taken lightly in budget hotels. Moreover, the staff were always alert towards maintaining the spic and span look. Due to its cleanliness and prompt services, I would rate this hotel five on five.

We chose California Suites Hotel for our family vacation primarily because of its convenient location. But then we found that the hotel had much more to offer really. The kids had a great time on the lawns and in the pool. Bill, my husband was relieved to be able to check his mails and communicate with his office through the internet connection the hotel provided. And yes, the Sea World and Zoo and the beaches were just a few minutes away so we could take the kids there easily without wasting time traveling. All in all, a good experience. We are planning a family vacation to San Diego in December again, and I would definitely prefer staying here.

California Suites Hotel was a pleasant experience. I enjoyed myself thoroughly during my four day stay at the hotel. Apart from the cool, relaxing ambiance, the food was a high point.The breakfast came free and that was an added benefit. To top it all,I got a 30% discount on my 4-day stay.The more the better!

It was a home like atmosphere in the California Suites Hotel. Since my son Rex is 8 year old, his stay in the hotel was free of cost. After touring San Diego all day, Rex was happy playing around in the warm swimming pool. That kept him busy and away from pranks! The staff members are really good with the kids. I would recommend this hotel to any family looking for a home like environment.

It was nice staying at California Suites Hotel. I can’t afford a five star hotel but this hotel was more than what I expected from a budget hotel. The rates were good, the services were prompt and satisfactory. My room was not swanky but it had all the amenities to make my stay comfortable. And since I had booked when their discount offers were on, I got a 20% off on my four day stay. The breakfast was complementary too so that was more money saved. This hotel will be my first choice whenever I visit San Diego again.

‘Fantastic’ is the right word to describe my stay at the California Suites Hotel. The complementary breakfast provided was healthy and delicious. I am a bit of a fitness freak and I loved the juices and the fresh fruits they served in the morning. No oily stuff, mercifully! And a swim in the large warm pool was always refreshing. Overall a fine experience and that too at budget prices. So I am planning to come over here again around Christmas.
