the high end augustus tower room was the best i've ever stayed in. great poker room and the pole dancers on the tables were hot, but overall i wasn't crazy about the casino. too big and a little too expensive.

Stayed four nights in the forum tower, room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, shower is fantastic and the sound system and TV in the bathroom was superb. Check in was easy and quick staff friendly and the restaurants are great.

We were a half hour early for check and and were told by the front desk that we would be called when our room was ready in about an hour. 3 1/2 hours later we were still waiting. The room was comfortable and a good size but the walls seemed a little thin and we were able to hear everything going on in the room next door. The location can't be beat, easy walking distance to most of the strips sites but for the cost I will stay somewhere else next time.

Location and stores. The room was horrible. I stayed there before but never in a room like that. The hotel has very nice rooms but not in the smoking section in the old towers. I have stayed there previously, but I made reservations directly with the hotel. I thought all the rooms were the same. I requested a non smoking room and got an old uncomfortable and smoking room instead.

This is a fantastic hotel with amazing facilities. the only downside - charging a ridiculous amount for the fitness room - $40 US a session!

We have stay at Caesars Palace many many times but this will be the last. The pool was under construction with one closed and no where to even sit on the ground. This new style looks ugly & blocks the view which we enjoyed so much. Way to make more money guys by adding more without thinking about views. Room was extremely noisy with doors opening and shutting all day and night. We got a Non Smoking room but could smell heavy smoke for hours at night, not from us we took showers when we got back to the room, just in case you thought that. Anyway, time to room at other hotels who think about views in the pool area... Many of them there are cheaper then Caesars. Also, Our room only had a bathtub not a Jacuzzi so they do have low class junk rooms there so beware and ask BEFORE getting into the room.

the room had dirty linnen in it and trash on the table. there wasnt any way to get a cup of coffee in the mourning, except room service for $11.00 or go to the lobby and pay $4.05 for one cup , 12oz. water was $6.00 . the cost of every thing there was difently not worth the experiance . I will never go back to CEASERS PALACE again , even Motel 6 offers coffee in the room with a microwave !!

Accommodations, right on the strip, and nice pool. Nothing bad to say, if I had to say something the check in took almost 40 minutes. Nice place, great rooms, very and good localization.

Our experience with Caesars Palace was not very good. First we had to stand in line for well over an hour to check in. Food was way overpriced for the economy being in such bad shape. Room was missing some of the amenities.Key cards quit working to the room door 2 days in a row......Although Security was very helpful and prompt. I was going to be charged for beverages from the in room wet bar that I didn't use. When I explained this to the person at check out they were very sarcastic and rude. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! This is the worst experience I ever had in the many years I've been going to Vegas.

This was one of my worst trips to Vegas. I have been there about 2 dozen times.

Awesome toiletries! Exceptional room! Exceptional location and staff! I would definitely recommend Priceline and the hotel.

Hotel and room itself was beautiful. The pools were not clean. It seemed that there was no real control over who had access to pool area.

I came to Las Vegas for a conference. My flight arrived at 10:22 am, and got to Caesar's about 11:15. I was allowed to check in early, and received a two category complimentary upgrade! This gave me a room in the Palace Tower complete with a two-person jacuzzi tub, separate shower, two sinks, and a toilet in a separate area with a door. Great view of the Strip, too! The check -in staff was very nice, and gave me complimentary coupons for use in all the Harrah's hotels. The room was fabulous! Would definitely stay again! However, the airport check-in is no longer available, as well as the complimentary shuttle to the Rio. However, you can catch the shuttle at Harrah's or Paris. Don't miss the wrap sandwiches in the Food Court, or breakfast at Payard's where they have the most amazing almond croissants!

When we checked in we were offered an upgrade for 150, 80, or 60 dollars additional a day. Since we had not seen the room we had reserved we decided to take it. The room was in the Roman Tower. Although there was lots of space and the bed was comfortable we felt it just did not live up to the description we had read when we decided to stay at Caesars. It was a much older room and you could tell that they used paint to try and make it look better but the doors and door frames were really beat up. The carpet in the room had several pulls we had to be careful not to catch on something to make it worse. The bathroom was big but nothing to make it outstanding. The first night we thought we had a none functioning shower but discovered you have to pull the handle toward you to get any water. This part of the hotel is just really old. We enjoyed the buffet at Caesars and the Bette Midler show. Would I stay at Caesars again??? I don't think so.

Location! The restaurant near the front desk staff were rude and unfriendly. Caesar's is by far the best when you combine location, gaming, and people-watching! The only drawbacks, dated sports book (they haven't done anything to it in over 10 years), somewhat lousy service at the restaurant near the front desk.

Stayed March 2009. Very disappointed. Smelled like they had a sewage problem. Room was okay. Shower had mold growing and sometimes you had hot water. Have stayed in Vegas many times but would not recommend staying here.

The stay at Caesar's was amazing. It's in the center of everything! When we got there, the hotel staff was nice enough to upgrade us to the Forum tower (instead of the Roman Tower) because the rooms are much newer... and we were very glad because when the rest of the the guests we were traveling with got their room in the Roman tower, it was disappointing. The pool was very nice - hard to get a day bed, but guests were pretty respectful about it. Food was good and the Forum shops connected to the hotel were awesome. Overall, great stay, great hotel. Just like any of the hotels in Vegas, its massive and takes a while to get from one place to another but good nonetheless.

Vending machine did not work. Long walk from free parking, but it was free.

My wife and I absolutely loved staying at Caesar's Palace. Upon arrival, we were given a free room upgrade. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and service was quick and efficient (with the exception of dinner the 1st night - seemed the wait staff was understaffed but still working hard to meet the expectations of customers). The valet retrieved our vehicle quickly, and the front desk was helpful in giving tips, directions, and coupons for surrounding attractions. Although there was alot of construction going on on the property, we never heard any noise or had any problems getting around the property. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we never heard any of the occupants on either side of us or anyone walking up or down the hallway. We would stay again.
