Great location, very clean updated motel. beds were a bit flat but otherwise a great stay.

The dining room food was too expensive, too high class cuisine for a family restaurant in a hotel; it took way to long to get our meal.

The Cabot Motor Inn was very confortable, the room was large and very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and the pool, spa and excerise room was excellent after a long day of work. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lancaster or the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

Room was clean. Hot tub water was a mess! Filthy, did not want to stay in it! No continental breakfast even though we were told there would be one! Was disappointed in the hot tub (dirty) and I was told that there would be a free continental breakfast. There was not, I had my children and grandchildren with me and ended up having to pay for a breakfast that I thought was going to be free.

The view was beautiful. Worst service in a restaurant that I've had in years. The hotel was clean and quiet and the front desk staff was cordial. The restaurant was a disaster. The food was fine, but the service was horrible.
