hotel couldn't find my booking but worked with me to get it fixed right away. Staff was very knowledgable and friendly. Room was beautiful; big bathroom, kitchenette, looked like everything was brand new. On a great swimable and activities beach. Close to the downtown/marina area. -restaurant food not that great.

They are still making major improvements and you cannot drive to the front entrance. A taxi or shuttle has to drop you off in a parking lot and you climb over a pile of dirt. They have staff waiting there to help with your bags but I was very surprised as this is your first impression of the resort. I had a 1 bedroom unit for 4 reserved and arrived late. I was given a 1 bedroom for 2 and told they would move me when others arrived. Did not matter what I reserved. The unit was in need of daily upkeep from broken a/c to just not changing a light bulb. If you wanted it done, you had to call for the service. The Sunset Grill is overpriced and food is only fair. It is very close to the mall with many restaurants to choose from. It is on the beach. Best things about this resort is beach and area. Get a chair on the beach early as they also rent these out to the cruise lines. Also next to Billyigans a loud and young beach/restaurant. Heavily push timeshare sales. Saying no will give you a cold shoulder all week. Saying yes will waste over a half day of your vacation. It is a hard sell. The area has so many other resorts to choose from.

We stayed in rm 506 & the view was awesome... gotta see the sunrise everyday... asother reviewers had mentioned, they ask for your room number everytime you enter...but it didnt bother us... the property is very clean/secure... and the location is pretty good...overall, it was a very satisfying experience.

Cabo Villas it is amazing. We loved a lot it is service and the staff. They make me feel as home. The food and beverages services are amazing and faster. The room are incredible, it is has an spectacular ocean view and the maid everyday left to us something special as amenity. The best thing is the hotel is close to the downtown, you do not need a cap. We took a relax massage in the Spa, this place is really quiet, the installations are the first world. We going to suggest this place to our family, friends, everybody because it is an excellent place for bringing the family and enjoy for high service and quiet place. We will be back to Cabo Villas soon.

I've been to Cabo about 5 times total in the past 7 years to visit friends who live there. I thought staying at their home was luxury but let me tell you I can't say enough about Cabo Villas. I liked it so much my week there I purchased a one bedroom timeshare at Cabo Villas so I can be sure to stay there all the time now . When word gets out how beautiful and close to the beach this place is you'll never be able to get a room I bet. It is central to almost all you can do in Cabo. The best part of staying there is being pampered on the beach right in front of the hotel .. I have no problem telling people to stay at Cabo Villas . You get the best bang for your buck.

We upgraded to an oceanfront room. It was worth the extra for the wonderful view.

When we first arrived everybody was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and well furnished. Beautiful view from balcony. Walking distance to marina and downtown Cabo. If you want to see Cabo stay here if you just want to stay in your hotel all day go to a resort. Very well satisfied and will definately be returning in the near future.

This was our third trip to Cabo. Its a great location. We like staying on Medano beach and being close to town for dining and shopping options. We actually went to Costco this time and stocked up on breakfast/lunch and drink stuff and saved a ton. On this hotel. First, the timeshare pitch is just plain no fun, but it is that way at most of the hotels/condo's. This hotel is in a great close in location. We stayed in the newest wing. The rooms were modern and well appointed. The A/C didn't work well at first and it took over a day of complaining to get it working better. But over all this is great value.

Cabo Villas is close walking distance to everything. Open air rooftop restaurant has beautiful view. Great pools. Rooms have awesome views and are nicely appointed. We tripped the breaker several times. Staff are young, but clean cut. You can usually hear maids dragging furniture on the tiled floors as they clean rooms. There's major construction occurring on both sides of the hotel now. Ask someone about the hard sell for time shares and the airport's ""shark's alley."" Medano public beach has ""Spring Break"" style party bars with in your face vendors peddling trinkets.

Much better than expected. Picture does no justice. Walking distance from Marina. Marina is where it's at. Cabo was expensive but this was not for what you got. THREE pools and a hot tub. Yes there was construction but didn't bother us. Sun got us up early morning anyway. Dinner on the beach - that was different. Room very decorated very nice and all amneties were appreciated. One disappointment - no laundry pick up when called. You have to follow their procedures to the tee. Buy a case of water at the store when you get there and don't expect a late dinner. I would definately visit again. And I will be staying here.

"One of the best places I've stayed and have been around the world. Went by myself to watch Superbowl (55 and retired, none of my friends are ...do this every year somewhere) The condo was extremely nice w/kitchen, ocean view. Staff helpful. Not many families, older crowd. Went whale watching saw tons. $50 Expeditions (12 to a boat). Harbor area within walking distance. No car needed. breakfast $5, beer $2-3, drinks $6.50, dinner $20.00 range. Grocery store available. Sports Book in town. Weather 85, sunny everyday. Restaurants on beach have daytime contests. Will definitely go back."

Would recommend but check around to get the best pricing. You must stay in an ocean front room!

"Hotel is nicely designed and in an excellent location. They are adding on which created a great deal of noise and some chaos. Maid service was somewhat spotty but almost everyone was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately it's being marketed as timeshares and much time was spent by staff hustling everyone for a purchase (however, this is true for everywhere in Cabo). Be sure to check outside of hotel for better deals on deep-sea fishing, jet-skis, etc. as it turned out that even with their ""discount,"" you could do better elsewhere in most instances."

"My girlfriend and I had just been to Cabo in June, where we stayed at a 5-star resort. We had read that this was a 3-star, but we wanted to save a little money and be closer to Medano Beach. Cabo Villas was just as nice as the 5 star. The beds were more comfortable, the food was great and the location was unbeatable. The only complaint we had was the check-in process. It was a little more tedious than it needed to be. Otherwise, our stay was great. We will most definitely stay there again."

"Cabo Villas Beach Resort exceeded my expectations. Great location, no need for a car. Restaurants, bars, shops and marina are a short walk. The staff is attentive, extremely friendly and helpful. Had a problem with the room key cards but the office was quick to respond. Can't wait to come back to Cabo Villas."
