Do not stay at this hotel.We booked 4 nights,high up corner room 180 degree views.We arrived after dark and entered a poorly lit foyer.It was not 7pm and the restaurant was shut as was the bar so no food available.They tried to put us on the 3rd floor,the 5th floor,not a corner room.Finally the 4th floor,corner room views 90 degrees.There was no mini bar so they brought in a few bottles.There was no information about the hotel such as pool hours,restaurant hours.Worse was to come as we had no aircon in our room Went to breakfast to find no one in the restaurant and no staff.The restaurant had no aircon or fans.Found the kitchen and asked about breakfast.Asked for a menu to be told they did not have one.Finally they produced a room service menu which didn't help.They said they only had 1 but found another. We asked to see the manager,who was English.He said he would get the aircon fixed.We went out for the day and came back to find a staff member on the bed watching TV while another staff member was playing with the aircon controls.Guess what,another night with no aircon Went to breakfast.My wife asked for a continental breakfast,cereal and fruit.Told all we could have was an American breakfast.Another couple arrived and we got chatting.They had booked 10 nights.They were on the 3rd floor and they had no aircon. We asked to see the manager and told him we were leaving even though we had only stayed 2 nights.He asked what we were prepared to pay.We said our deposit plus 1000 baht.He took the money.2 days later we checked our email to find an email from the booking company to find they had taken more money.We had a 4 night pay 3 but the amount taken was at the higher rate. The day after we left we ran into the other couple who were on the 3rd floor and they had also checked out after 2 nights. We had great views from the 4th floor the only plus.
