Built in 1972 the hotel was completely renovated in 2003. It has 7 storeys with a total of 574 rooms of which 42 are singles and 266 are doubles. Guests are offered a large, peaceful garden and pool area with sun terrace, a stylish lobby with 2 lifts and a 24-hour reception desk. In addition it has a TV room, a bicycle storage facility, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with separate non-smoking area. Business guests may make use of the conference room and the Internet access. Room and laundry services may also be taken advantage of by guests. Younger guests may enjoy letting off steam in the play area or in the kids club. This hotel is located by the Playa de Palma, in a peaceful side street. A beautiful sandy beach and the lively promenade are both located a mere 200 metres away. The centre of town with plenty of shops and entertainment venues is easily reached within a few minutes. A bus stop with regular bus connections to other places such as Palma, 11 km away, is located directly in front of the hotel.
