Central locationThe hotel was in a great location near to St. Marks square and considering this fact was quite quiet. Staff were pleasant, efficient and helpful and the hotel was very clean.

This hotel is 1-2 minutes from St. Marks Square, yet in a fairly quiet side street. From our windows we could see the gondula station. The breakfast buffet in a cozy breakfast room was great with freshly brewed coffee upon sitting down at the table. We liked the small size of the hotel, made the stay feel very intimate. Cleanliness was excellent. All in all, a great place to stay!

The location is so close to the dock at Piazza San Marco. Very convenient. The room looked elegant, and surprisingly so, considering the price. However, our first room did have a smelly bathroom. We asked for a different room and we were given a new one without any hassle. Great service and the breakfast is good.

Bed was a sofa bed which I thought was very poor. No iron and could only use the iron in the morning in the ironing room and we arrived in the afternoon!!!
