Private transportations:Private water taxi, Airport - Lido P. le S. Maria Elisabetta and than ask for the public bus (A or B).In 12 minutes you will arrive at the hotel. there is a bus leaving every 10 minutes!! Train: Train Station Venezia S. Lucia , every 10 - 12 minuts you can find public waterbus during day: lines1, 51, 52, 82, N. Get off at Lido S.M.Elisabetta.Ticket Eu. 6,50 ca.Get off at Lido P. le S. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax away from the extremely crowded venice. This hotel had some very bad reviews which is totally unjustified, it is super clean, in a good location, close to the bus stop in lido with buses running every 5 minutes or so...and theres a gorgeous beach (via bus) called blue moon. Especially in peak season - summer this is ideal once you have spent a couple of days sightseeing venice, you can catch the taxi boat back to lido and chill out for the rest of your stay. the hotel also provides free use to the sporting complex with great swimming pool with bar, tennis courts etc.. The one good thing about the recent poor reviews is that the hotel was totally empty when we stayed..which was fantastic.. you have the breakfast all to yourself and the pool not too crowded. Much better to stay out of venice and enjoy the boat rides to this lovely island.

We simply used the hotel as a place to sleep and shower. It seemed like we were the only ones there. The only way we knew here were other guests was when we saw them at the free breakfast. Lido was very easy to get to by waterbus. We were able to reach the hotel via the ciy bus on Lido. The only problem we had was trying to locate the hotel once we got off the bus. The sidewalk ended right before the hotel which confussed us a little. Just keep walking! Overall we were impressed. We would stay there again!

Very good location to visite Venice protected of mass global tourism. Nice staff offering a very good service.

Experience was good except for the suprise that it was on Lido Island- costing about $40.00 each way on car ferry!! Wouldn't do it again- for that we cd have stayed on Venice Is. Poor restaurant menu- but breakfast was good. Not bad exc. the $80.00 extra suprise!!

Nice new hotel with nice modern rooms (with exception of single rooms which are really too small) and very pleasant staff. I stayed 5 days and really appreciated the swimming pool and the rest by the pool after or in between visits to Venise. The transport to and from the Lido boat terminal is not a big problem as the buses are frequent day and night. I would stay there again .
