They made an illegal and unauthorized charge to my credit card and they don't care. I made a reservation in June and cancelled it on August 3rd. When we made the cancellation we were told we wouldn't be charged. Shouldn't have trusted them. We were supposed to stay the night of August 4th. They charged me as a "no show" anyway. I called management and the reservations department several times to have this resolved. Nobody cares and nobody will return my phone calls. I had witnesses who were present when I made my cancellation. They fraudulently used my credit card information because their reservations department is unorganized and doesn't keep accurate records. When I asked for my reservations history, they provided me a list of what they claim are several times I had supposedly called to cancel and reinstate my reservation the month prior, which is fabricated and never happened. I made the reservation once and cancelled the same reservation once. Nobody calls 4 or 5 times in a matter of two weeks to cancel and then reinstate their reservation on the same day. But logic doesn't work at this place. Don't trust this company with your personal information or allow them access to your credit cards. Missoula is such a beautiful city and has so many other great hotels...it is a shame that his property mires the landscape of Montana.

Till past 11pm, LOTS of children running up and down hallways, banging on doors and yelling. Every pool / jacuzzi packed with unsupervised kids and infants against posted rules. We later found out there was a LARGE group of school kids staying, would have been nice to know before check in. Hotel staff said they spoke to the parents, who did nothing. Hotel should have asked the disruptive guest to leave rather than let other guest be effected by this (Many were). We got to sleep around midnight. Spoke to hotel staff, did nothing but collect my money. "

Until 11:30pm, kids running up and down hallways, banging on doors and yelling. LARGE number of unsupervised children, later discovered there was a large school group staying. Every pool jacuzzi was packed with kids being disruptive and infants, despite hotel rules prohibiting infants in jacuzzi. Spoke with front desk staff, they said they were aware of problem. They told me they spoke with the parents several times, but the parents didn?t cooperate. Wished they told us of the large school group at check in. They should have asked the disruptive guest to leave rather than disrupt other guest.

We (parents and girls 7 & 9) stayed in several motels on this road trip. Most were 1 - 2 star motels throughout SW Montana. This 3 star was to be our treat at the end. WRONG. This is a 1 star at most. Noisy and the sofa bed was broken.
