The hotel was easily accesible from the Metro, a little out of the way from the centre of Rome but we didnt mind as the Metro was easily accessible and convenient.

Excellent stay at the CK over 7 nights in September. No problems finding the place and were met at the front door although we were a couple of minutes late. Facilities were really good and the open nature of the breakfast / kitchen was helpful. Location was close to the metro, supermarkets, Internet cafe etc and walking distance to the main sites. Minor gripes - towels were not changed (until we asked), the breakfast needs variety (if you are staying more than a few days), and the front door need fixed (to prevent guests having to bang on the door in the early hours). Overall a great experience.

Good location, very near an underground station on Linea A. Air conditioning - wonderful ,as very much needed in Rome. Themed room added an interesting twist to the vacation.

It is value for money considering Rome. The area is a less desirable district, but close to a fantastic gelato cafeteria a street away and a daily fresh produce market. The closest underground is five minutes away and the closest big sight is Santa Maria Maggorie church. The receptionist doesn't speak very good english but is very helpful. The Imperial ensuite room we stayed in, was very clean and is cleaned daily, and is well furnished (a bit crowded though). The breakfast area was great as it was open and we had use of the fridge and stove throughout the day. Would stay there again.

Lovely B & B in the centre of Rome. Hassan and Federica very friendly and arranged collection and drop off at the airport for extra charge. Would recommend the restauarant 20 steps from B&B on right. Also, take a travel kettle. They have one but it heats up via electric hobs and takes ages!Otherwise, very clean and would recommend to anyone.

Nice b&b & very clean. Good value. Very secure. Had location & directions emailed by owner which was very helpful. Near to metro station and 10 mins walk from Termini. But area bit dark and deserted at night and a bit run down. That said, very nice restaurant next door (always full of locals), which we used at the end of the night for pizza and few drinks.

A lovely, quiet place. Good, safe location despite the tour guides insisting it's rough - lots of great cheap restaurants about 10 mins away, metro nearby and a pleasant short walk from the Colosseum. Nice quirky rooms and having access to a fridge was very useful. A very good base for a short stay.

Awesome little B&B, was a little worried at first as it is located in an apartment building but once in your room you forget all about it. Ours was an Asian themed room with a huge and impressive looking bed and bedroom furniture. Great value for money, well maintained and breakfast facilities were usable whenever you woke so no need to rush or cram in with other patrons.Located 10-15 min walk to roma termini or 2 mins walk to underground

The B&B is not far from Termini train station and would have been easy to find had we printed out the map! On finding the street it was a bit tricky to find the B &B as the name was only on a buzzer at the entrance, I later discovered this is quite normal as friends staying in Rome had the same problem. I received a text the evening before asking what my time of arrival would be so someone would be there to meet us which was much appreciated after the long train journey from Sorrento. Our friends were no so lucky. On arrival we found the hotel to be clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well stocked and you can use it at any time avoiding the need to be up early to get breakfast. This was a great advantage as we were often out late. My husband and I stayed in the back bedroom which is decorated in a black and white theme. It is quite small but perfect for a short stay, we did catch a glimpse of the other rooms which were decorated in a Moroccan theme and they seemed bigger. The staff were very friendly and were happy to help us when friends of ours found themselves with no B & B. They called another B & B to see if they had room which was really appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay at C K, it is reasonably priced, was in easy reach of the coliseum, train station and the subway, as well as clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone.

The B&B is basically a big flat in a building that has been converted. There is a lift although it is based on the 1st floor anyway. Our room was the Morrocon theme which was very nicely done up. For breakfast they had youghurts, Pinanple Juice, bred, Jam, Butter, coffee and tea which was basic but good for what you pay for the rooms! The only thing is that they never changed the Towels which was annoying!! so you can end up using the same towels for all your stay unless you ask them to change! You can also be depdant on the people staying in the rooms next to you in terms of the noise they make or how late they come in every night. we were lucky that we never had any problems with any of the people staying at the B&B at the time. Location wise, you are 15mins walk from colloseuim so not bad! Would I stay again, probably not.

basic breakfast, good location. very hard to find, take a metro from the station, very close to the metro, not the central station. Do not take a taxi - ridiculously expensive.

The room was very high spec. Although not huge, it was comfortable with a large double bed, DVD and air con.Only critisim was the breakfast area is pretty cramped and basic and their isnt an English speaking person around for asistance.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms really do look like the photos, we felt like we were in the lap of luxury. The breakfast is simple but good, and it was nice to have a fridge to store our own snacks. My only negative comment is that the doors really are sticky so have someone show you how the keys work when you get in.

Very friendly and welcoming on arrival, room was decorated beautifully and spotlessley clean. We actually had our breakfast table in our room which was a lovely touch, and we had everything we needed for a great stay in Rome. The air conditioning although a bit noisy was a god-send!! We would thoroughly recommend the CK B&B.

The location was good, Not very central but close enough to get places quick and very close to metro staion. The room was very clean and well maintained. THe only issue is that with only guests staying in the apartment you are reliant on them to be quiet at night and we had someone ringing the doorbell at midnight which was a real pain. That said we would definitely consider staying there again.

First thing first, if you are wanting The Ritz or The Waldorf than look somewhere else. However, if you want to stay somewhere which is comfortable, clean, good value for money and with no nasty surprises, than you will like this place. Yes, the kitchen is small and the breakfast pretty simple, but the rooms are well maintained, and have plenty enough space for a couple. The bathrooms are a little small, but unless you are planning on having a party in there, it is no hassle at all. Most importantlt, the shower was powerful and hot water was always available. Finally, the location of the place is a real bonus; within a reasonable walk of Termini and more tourist areas, and also 2 minutes from the Metro station.
