Further facilities within this air-conditioned hotel, which also owns a student residence, include a cafe, a restaurant with a smoking area, Internet access and a conference room (capacity of 10 - 400 persons) equipped with state-of-the-art technology (simultaneous interpreting, equipment for video conferences). On the ground floor of the hotel is a space of over 1,000 m² for exhibitions. There is a car park for those arriving at the hotel by car as well as a bicycle storage facility. Each of the comfortable carpeted rooms features an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, a telephone, satellite TV, a radio, Internet access, a double bed, centrally controlled air conditioning and heating, a hire safe and a sitting area.
